Never again. Spoilt the holiday Dirty, unorganised bad customer service, room cleaning awful. Gave it a second chance as received response to first complaint saying how they would make it extra special if we came again blah blah. Was bad the first stay, and thought maybe a one off but was even worse the next time. My fault for being stupid enough to go back. Never again, they just don't care about their customers.

probably won't return the hotel is fine. it's clean - we chose the tower as the rooms apparently are in better shape. no complaints in that regard. however, I would say that overall the clientele is low class and if that would bother you then I would probably pick another spot. also parking was a cluster - way too small for a hotel this size. very hard to get a spot at night. and if you are leaving at check out time it will take 30 minutes to get out.

Decent, not more, not less hotel It is soooo sad this hotel removed everything Egyptian. Beautiful from outside but dull inside. We got a Premium 2 bed room. It had a cigarette smell topped by a pungent deodorant/bug spray. I could not sleep the first night but did not change room as it was midnight when we arrived. The next day I noticed the bathroom fan was filthy and mold was on top of shower. The heating fan had cookies in it and the fan was full of dust (same at the bottom). Old furniture, old TV (not a clear picture) electric socket coming out of the wall unit, old mattress (the pillows were the worst - overused). Ice machine on our floor did not work and elevators were creepy (not stopping where we pushed buttons). I went to front desk and ask why I have to pay 45$ resort fees for this room when I get no pool (closed in Jan-Feb), no water, no refrigerator, no newspaper ...nothing extra actually and get a dirty room that I paid a little bit more than the basic room. I was told resort fees were mandator (but the agent removed one night only of resort fees .....at least!). They said they would send maintenance to check my room the next morning (did not offer to change it). Later that night we noticed they came, vacuumed the cookies inside the fan and the 1 inch dust at the bottom but they did not remove the top dust nor did they go in the bathroom. The lines for check-in (or talk to front desk) were always long and they should have a desk indicating ''customer service'' for questions and directions only. We gave up. It was an ok hotel but for what I paid I can get in the center of the actions instead.
