It says in the fine print •$28 daily resort fee added at purchase •12% tax added at purchase When I scroll to see the total of a 3 night stay it shows $326.00, then when I go to checkout it says est. tax of $123.12, making me new total $449.12. So I am assuming that the $449.12 includes the $28 daily resort fee and 12% tax since it also states in the fine print that it is added at purchase. Correct?

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a full refund in your original form of payment as long as you do so at least 72 hours prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.
