I honestly loved my hotel. It was a clean room, some people on here mentioned that it was dirty but my room was clean and it didn’t smell like smoke neither. The staff there was also very friendly. I would recommend. The casino however did smell like cigarettes, but that’s okay because I didn’t stay there.

Budget-Friendly, Clean, and Surprisingly Spacious in Vegas Mardi Gras Hotel and Casino is a no-frills, affordable and unique option if you are in Las Vegas. I will preface this review by saying that I travel over 3 months out of the year, and I am giving Mardi Gras 5 stars for three things: price, large rooms, and great customer service. I landed in Las Vegas late at night and knew I needed to leave early in the morning, so I booked the cheapest hotel room and was pleased to find Mardi Gras Hotel and Casino. Yes, you get what you pay for and it really is a budget option. The rooms are large though and more like suites. I had a full sitting area, work desk, and plenty of space to spread out, which made a quick stay much more comfortable. Yes, the hotel could use some TLC, but the rooms are clean and offer great wireless internet, fridges, good AC, and outlets all over to charge all electronics. There is a popular pool and hot tub that I saw many people using in the morning as well. The casino is small, but it seemed friendly. Overall, the customer service here is good. From check in to housekeeping, it was all great. If you want to stretch your dollar without giving up cleanliness or convenience, this place gets the job done and then some.

Jerrie the bartender This is a modest budget hotel. Small electronic games only casino. Cozy bar ... Jerrie the bar tender was great. She remembered my drnk preference, gave local info of the area and gave me extra water for the room. The hotel is not in best of shape but the people working there are super nice.
