Weird This is a first. I’ve literally traveled around the world and this has never happened to me before. I tried to check in at 1:15 pm. I was told my room was ready, but I’d have to pay $40.00 to check in early. Bizarre. Instead of eating and drinking on the property I’m down the street.

Not a fan. Location was convenient. The mini fridge didn't really work, but the room was generally ok. Our main issue was a ceiling leak. We were put in a room on the 10th floor and heard a dripping noise throughout our stay. We assumed it was from the shower and kept checking the shower and making sure it was off. On our last day, as we were packing, we realized the dripping was actually the ceiling right outside the bathroom door. The ceiling was a different color in the section and looked to have been painted over just in that section. We let them know as we were leaving, and the front desk employee said something along the lines of, "You let it drip all weekend?" as if we were responsible for the ceiling leaking. I'm a little frustrated as we were put in a room that they likely knew leaked, from the paint they used to cover it up, and we were possibly exposed to mold for a whole weekend.
