Great stay! Great hotel, room was amazing with lovely views to The Edge. Bed was so comfortable, we both slept really well. Staff friendly and helped us with directions a few times. Very central, very noisy, very busy outside as expected in New York. Room was so tranquil coming in from the noise and could relax after a busy day! Would love to come back one day Thanks

Hotel at a Glance: Margaritaville Resort Times Square

Nestled at the vibrant crossroads of 40th Street and Seventh Avenue, Margaritaville Resort Times Square stands as a bold testament to island pride within the relentless rhythm of Manhattan. From the moment you step into its tropical sanctuary—where breezy island charm meets polished city sensibility—you are transported to a realm of relaxed elegance. The resort exudes historical pride as much as it does urban luxury, paying homage to the carefree Jimmy Buffett legacy amid Times Square’s storied theatrical energy.

Perched above the electric streets, the resort’s rooftop pool offers a rare respite—the only outdoor heated pool amid Times Square’s towering facades. Whether you’re reclining on its deck with a frozen concoction or luxuriating in well-appointed rooms equipped with high-tech comforts—a 55-inch smart TV, plush robes, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker—the entire experience whispers of legacy, leisure, and island escapism in the city that never sleeps.

New York City, NY: The Ever-Beating Heart of American Ambition

Few cities command the world’s imagination quite like New York City—a metropolis that rises from the edge of the Atlantic as a towering emblem of resilience, reinvention, and raw energy. Home to over eight million people and the birthplace of countless cultural revolutions, NYC is a patchwork of distinct boroughs unified by an unyielding spirit. From the granite canyons of Manhattan to the creative pulse of Brooklyn and the storied enclaves of the Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island, the city remains an unrivaled theater of dreams where every street corner hums with history, and every skyline silhouette evokes global admiration.

At once a financial powerhouse, artistic crucible, and political epicenter, New York City’s influence spans continents. It is where Broadway sets the stage for world-class theater, Wall Street dictates the tempo of markets, and the Statue of Liberty greets seekers of a better life with timeless grace. Its past is etched into landmarks like Ellis Island and the Empire State Building, while its future is written daily in the innovation hubs of Silicon Alley and the academic halls of Columbia and NYU. In New York, every block tells a story—and every story, no matter how improbable, finds a place to unfold.

Wonderful stay! This is a really nice, newer hotel/resort. Perfect location for Times Square. We had a corner suite room. Very nice. Great views. The resort was made nicer by all the wonderful staff we interacted with, from bartenders, waitresses, check in/out counter, the doorman….all had a smile and were patient and welcoming. Really made us feel like the appreciated us being there. Food was good in the Cafe, we had a quick lunch one day and breakfast one day. Both were reasonably priced and good. I highly recommend this hotel for your NYC stay.

Good choice in the heart of Times Square. Great stay at this Hotel which is right in the heart of Times Square. Rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable and provide everything you need. We were on the 20th floor and had no issues with noise. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool and bar areas are also clean and have attentive staff. Would stay again. Myself and my 3 daughters all had a room each which was fine. For a couple the room would be slightly tight but at the end of the day all you need it for is to sleep, shower and leave luggage in so I would be happy with visiting here again with my wife. Nothing bad to say. Lifts were fine contrary to some of the reviews I read. Great stay.
