I want a s night stay and gold pkg for 2 days. What is the best way to book this. Buy 2 nights with 2 transactions and then book the gold or can It be booked all together?

Please use the calendar on the left side of the deal page to book your stay. First, you'll need to select the package you're interested in. Just above the calendar, there are 4 packages/room types available. The last 2 options include golf (the standard king and standard two-double listed as $114+/night). Just select the package that best fits your needs, and then select your check-in and check-out dates from the calendar. Once you've selected your package and dates, just click the Book! button and you'll be redirected to the orders page to complete your purchase.

Are there any restrictions on when the room(s) have to be used? Can I book a date in the winter for snomobiling?

The golf for your 9 year old will have to be purchased directly through the Pro Shop. There is no way to purchase it through here without purchasing the hotel room as well. You can reach the Pro Shop directly at 231-942-7021.

Q:

I am concerned with some of the pictures I saw regarding bugs on towels, no light bulbs, used stirrers and uncomfortable beds. Have you address some of the reported negative issues with your resort. I am considering a stay in August for a few days just to relax. Thanks

A:

We always address any issues that are brought to our attention. I can't speak for the validity of all posts online. I do know that we do our best to offer comfortable accommodations to all of our guests. The beds are on the firmer side. Some people really like them, while others don't. When you make a reservation at the resort, you can request a foam mattress pad, and if one is available, we will put it on the bed. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

I would like to book 2 days including playing 18 holes of golf golf and 2 days without playing golf.How do I split these options while booking.

You would have to buy/book the two days on the golf package, and then go back and buy/book the following days on the lodging only offer. This means that you will have to have two transactions.

Q:

Info says dates cannot be changed once booked but a couple of lines down it says 24 hour cancellation notice required. What happens to the offer if you need to cancel?

A:

Once the reservation has been made, you cannot change the dates. My understanding of the cancellation is this: You can cancel the reservation up to 24 hours in advance, you would then get a refund. This means that you don't get to re-book, or select another date because the offer would then be null and void.

A:

We have a few rooms that were just recently renovated (model/concept) rooms. We will be doing an additional 17 this fall. As for the restaurants. We have not specified a closing date for the Terrace Room. It will more than likely be open at least through the first weekend, but after that I am unsure at this point.

Q:

Our plan would be to check in for the night and golf the next day. Is that a problem? How are tee times setup? We'll be traveling, so we need to know that we can get a morning tee time the next day. Specifically, we are looking to spend the night Aug 25th and golf the morning of the 26th.
