Awful! Do not stay here! Do not stay here. It is awful. The rooms are run down, outdated with yellow stained bathrooms. The bedding had stains and the air conditioning was not working properly. The lady on the desk at check-in was not helpful at all, we had to ask what time breakfast was, where it was, where amenities were. She did not want to be working and you could tell. They took a $200 deposit at the beginning of our stay, upon check-out we were told all was good and we’d get a full refund, however they’ve only refunded half and whilst trying to contact them no one is answering. The whole establishment should be shut down.

Great base hotel, outdated but still great to stay at, recommended! Only 2.5 miles away from Broadway, Nashvilles main Street, the hotel does a free shuttle service every 30 minutes (hour and half past) from the hotel to round the corner from Broadway and every 30 mins (quarter past and quarter too) coming back from the same location dropped off at. If you're just needing your room as a base this is perfect with being so close to Downtown. The hotel is very dated but has all that you need as a base, it has a gym and a swimming pool (didn't use either). The sink is in the bedroom and the bathroom is just the loo and and the shower. All clean in the room, only thing was when we asked for the room to be serviced they took all the complimentary shower gel and shampoo that were still full and didn't give us anymore and then the must have cleaned the bath and water was all over the floor. This was rectified at reception. All 3 lifts were working and clean (had seen reviews of them being dirty and not in use before went) There's a shop opposite the lifts for any medical supplies and souvenirs. We had breakfast each morning, continental and few meat and egg at the weekend. Lovely food and eat as much as you want. Cereals, toast, croissants, bagels, waffles, fresh cut melon, bananas, apples, oranges, yoghurt, oats and selection of Philadelphia and jellies. Just wasn't sure about the Christmas tree in the foyer, is that there from christmas 2024 or up for Christmas 2025? The foyer was the uncleanist area of everywhere, I think the carpet needed a clean but apart from that a great hotel and great view from the 9th floor everyday in the loft up and down. Recommended as a base for couples or families visiting Nashville. We got an Uber from the airport to the hotel, roughly $31 and easy to get to at the airport from the terminal.

Very bad service We stayed here a week ago it was nothing like the images online . Mattress was filthy all brown stains . Dust all over carpet in room . Lamps didn’t work . Bathroom all mould . I am a housekeeper and we would not be allowed to leave a room that dirty . Took security deposit in check in and was told It would be released back on check out 1 week ago still no refund . I have sent an email and have gotten no reply it’s not good enough. It really puts people off returning ! I’d like a reply please
