Basic. Won't return. Charged an extra $200 facilities fee which we were initially told was a returnable deposit. Never got it back. Rooms were basic and dated. Breakfast area was messy and for the most part unsupervised. An old guy would poke his head out now and again. There were dangerous machines around including a toaster, pancake maker and hot drinks machine. Kids can access these when staff aren't around and cause themselves real harm. Rooms were ok. The nighttime view of downtown at night were to die for. Staff seemed tired and unmotivated. It's ok but spend a little more and skip the hidden charges.

Perfect for price and location! Breakfast had many selections! Cereals, breads, coffee, juices, hash brown breakfast casserole, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, granola, etc. Very clean hotel and breakfast area. Courteous staff upon check in and during breakfast. There is a restaurant and bar that stays open late inside the hotel. The free shuttle service to downtown Nashville is very convenient! Free parking was a plus! It was a GREAT hotel for the price! We will definitely be back! The only problems we had were having to stand in a long line and wait to check in. Also, the first room was dirty; 2 used tissues on the table and both beds had been laid all over. The door wasn’t closed when we first entered the dirty room; it just pushed open without the key card. As soon as we called down stairs and told them, they had us immediately come back down to pickup keys to another room which was very clean. They also apologized and stated that they marked the room clean.

Awful! Do not stay here! Do not stay here. It is awful. The rooms are run down, outdated with yellow stained bathrooms. The bedding had stains and the air conditioning was not working properly. The lady on the desk at check-in was not helpful at all, we had to ask what time breakfast was, where it was, where amenities were. She did not want to be working and you could tell. They took a $200 deposit at the beginning of our stay, upon check-out we were told all was good and we’d get a full refund, however they’ve only refunded half and whilst trying to contact them no one is answering. The whole establishment should be shut down.
