Wonderful experience. Great hotel, kid friendly from the chocolate world to the pool. We’ll definitely be back to experience the roller coaster and arcade. The food was delicious and reasonable. I recommend New York New York to any family visiting Vegas with kids!!!!

Was expecting more with a premium room but was disappointed in quality. Not only did we pay on Groupon but they made us pay again at the hotel. We expected the resort fee but having to pay an additional almost 100$ was not. Will not use Groupon to pay a hotel reservation again.

Groupon is a complete scam. I would give zero stars but 1 is the min. I arrived at my hotel only to find Groupon had not booked my stay with the hotel. The hotel did not have a reservation for me on file. Groupon has no customer service number to call, only a instant message service. Groupon said they would look into my issue within the week. They left me stranded without a room and no way to fix!

We had 2 queen’s was nice size room, bathroom was nice everything was clean. No coffee in the room. Was a good deal it’s just that it can be deceiving because you have to look at which days have the good deal. Las Vega is also fun!
