Top tier stay in Myrtle Beach Myrtle Beach has hundreds of options for lodging. We have not found any better than North Beach Resort. We stayed next door last year and some members of our family stayed here. After spending 30 minutes here in 2024, we realized that all future rentals have to be done here. Everything is just better here: the rooms, the amenities, the management, the ease of renting, the employees and the view. We are staying in a three bedroom, three bath suite and wonder why we ever tried anything different in previous visits to NMB. The rooms is ridiculously spacious, clean and loaded with every amenity you want: a full kitchen, in suite laundry, plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, etc. It’s charming and then some. Last year we tripped over each other and our belongings next door. This year, we have private rooms, private bathrooms, and enough space for everyone to just relax. Staff is incredible, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Shuttle service is available for the immediate area. The gym has everything you need and us gym rats can get an adequate daily workout in. My only issue is with the Cinzia Spa that is part of the resort. We called to inquire on any out-of-season deals or specials and the young lady who answered the phone gave us single word answers to our questions and seemingly couldn’t be bothered. This is a premium resort in NMB and the spa personnel could use a refresher in people skills and customer engagement because we ended up taking six of us down the street for massages, facials and skin treatments. I presume Cinzia just didn’t want $1500 worth of business today. Overall, a fantastic stay and will be hard to beat in future visits.

Great Location The first thing we noticed was when we plugged in the address listed on Trip Advisor to our WAZE was we were taken to the Towers. (100 North Beach Boulevard). The staff seemed to have a hard time telling us where to go for check in. It is on the opposite side of the resort. Eventually we found it. When we got to our cottage room on Market Street, we were surprised to see a maintenance man in our place doing repairs. This was a blessing as we were given the wrong keys at check in. He quickly remedied the problem. Also there were no available outlets in the bedroom as they were all taken up with cable and WiFi devices. The lamps couldn’t even be plugged in. In the living area the outlets were limited for the same reason. Again the maintenance guy came to our rescue and alleviated all other outlet overcrowding issues. With all of that being said I would like to recognize Mr. Grady Wilson. He quickly resolved all our concerns. What an asset to your organization!!! I would have given a rating of 3 if it wasn’t for Mr. Wilson’s prompt attention. The parking situation was odd. On Saturday an event was taking place. Guests stayed in our parking space overnight. Two cars had no parking pass like we were told had to be displayed. We were forced to park in another resident’s spot overnight. The cleanliness was just ok as the floors were still dirty and the bathroom mirror was pretty bad. We also found it inconvenient to take the shuttle to the towers and pool as no parking was available except for using the shuttle. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and activities close by. The front desk staff was cordial and always willing to help.

Amazing Service! Dan was spectacular with maintenance service. The master bedroom TV did not have a working remote. I connected to the front desk to ask for assistance and they called maintenance to the home. Dan was plesant, polite, and professional. He solved the problem but made others aware of the issue. Next thing I knew he came back with a brand new TV. Love the accommodation, swiftness, and customer service. Thanks Dan and thanks to the property...you are 100%! Keep up the good work!

Engineering Tech John Our AC was not working and within an hour of calling John came by to work on our unit. He was amazing and efficient. It’s always a great experience when you are greeted with a smile and someone who truly enjoys their job! Having unpleasant experiences with these issues at other resorts I appreciate John greatly!
