Nice hotel..access right next to the beach from the hotel.. parking was also good. Short drive to Walmart and restaurant 5-10min away from hotel.

This hotel was not even worth two stars. The indoor pool/hot tub as well as the arcade/mini golf and water park was closed for renovations. Only one elevator worked. It felt like a motel 6. There was food left in my refrigerator from previous guest. The a/c unit is LOUD and the beds were very hard. I would have had better luck sleeping on the beach. Worst resort I ever booked on Groupon.

Happy I didn't listen to the poorer reviews; good stay! I was concerned staying at this property because of previous reviews on travel sites, but the price was too hard to pass up and I am happy I stayed! I traveled with my mom, aunt and 2 young cousins- 5 and 6 and the resort was perfect for their ages. The water park is at the hotel next door but its less than a 5 minute walk. The water park was clean not too crowded and the kids loved it. Perfect for their ages and we spent one full day there with them. The breakfast restaurant is also at the hotel next door but again, very short walk and a good price for the Breakfast buffet. On Fridays they have have Bluey buffet for the kids. The restaurant in this hotel is newly renovated and had great food. Its got more of an upscale feel. While the rooms are not exactly like the pictures, you can tell is just an outdated resort, the hotel was very clean and the staff was constantly cleaning the floors and premises to combat the sand and water from the beach. Anything we needed the household staff got from us and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The arcade had great games. The indoor miniature golf place is small but there are so many great miniature golf places down there to go to, its no loss. And the indoor pool is typical of indoor pools, small and smell of chlorine but makes no difference to kids who still love it. You are not going to get the most comfortable beds and the furniture needs updated, but that's a good trade off for the amenities and beach location you get. Its a good value overall.

dirty and misleading, do not book there, read the reviews The room was filthy—hair in the shower, dirty floors, and clearly not cleaned. The photos online are outdated, and the water park isn’t even on the property. I didn’t stay a single night, and they still refused a refund. Rude staff, no accountability. Total scam—do not book here.

Do Not Book This Hotel – Major Scam! Read the bad reviews! This hotel is extremely misleading and unsanitary. The photos online are outdated—probably from 25 years ago—and do not reflect the current condition of the property. The bathrooms were not cleaned between guests; there was black hair in the shower, a stained and unflushed toilet, and dirty, unmopped floors. It was clear the room had not been properly maintained or cleaned. I left immediately without staying a single night because the conditions were unacceptable. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights, claiming they have a “no refund” policy. I was transferred from person to person on the phone, treated poorly, and even hung up on—despite being polite the entire time. This place is a scam. If you care about cleanliness or customer service, stay away. You’ll lose your money and your peace of mind. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
