Beware Reservation made 1 month ago for July 26th-29th. Traveling with grand kids from up north!! Have plane tickets for next weekend to go back home. Have 2 confirmation emails. Travel 2 1/2 hours with them sat in parking lot for 2 hours.. told us our reservation was for August 1st… lies!! You messed up on Your end and tried to blame us!!! We showed you our confirmation!! You couldn’t show us your confirmation for August 1st… everything is automated… you would have have some type of email!!! Had to book an Airbnb last minute!!! Might take you to small claims court!!! Do not book here!! And the place is not what they show in the website!! Talked to 3 different people.. all said well look into and call you back!!! Never heard back… 2 hours later we called for refund… oh we were just about to call you!!! Lies!!!

Good room, bad neighbors... The condo was good size, 3 bedrooms that slept 10. It was very close to the beach access and several shops. Neighborhood is a little suspicious but sometimes you cant pick who your neighbors are. There was a shooting at the other end of the block while we were there.

Perfect vacation rental Location is a block from the beach. We had an amazing view of the ocean. You can tell the rooms are new and well maintained. Bed is so comfortable I asked management if they can tell me where to buy the mattress! My kids had a blast at the water park too, I love that its included. Will definitely book this going forward on all our Myrtle Beach trips.

Spring Break 2025 Perfect vacation with family! The condo was exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. I really enjoyed the private balconies in the bedrooms. Beautiful picture window in the living area. Appreciated the kitchen being well stocked. Parking was nice and convenient. Easy two minutes walk to the beach. Looking forward to staying here again.

Sketchy and dirty The Landmark hotels, which is the franchise umbrella that ocean escapes condos falls under is a terrible company. Their staff has no idea what's going on, are zero help, and are basically just standing around. It boasts multiple pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs and water slides, BUT those amenities come from the combination of 4 different hotels- all which are incredibly dirty, and are a 5, 10, 15 and 30 minute walk from the condo. You need key cards to get into all the hotels garages, which, by staying at the condos, we do not have, so you have to pay to park at the closest beach entrance, or walk. We tried to explain to the front desk staff that we are staying at the condos, that are through the Landmark, which is their umbrella company, which gives us, as guests, full access to their pools, and we were told that it's news to them, but if we wanted to use their pool, we wouldn't get arrested because they don't care if we swim! All the hotels: the Landmark Hotel, Hotel Blue, Captain's Quarters and Crown Reef, are "ALL" badly in need of a face lift, are terribly staffed and a need a thorough cleaning. They are incredibly dirty. On a separate note, it's unfortunate to have to mention, that the area surrounding the condos and the Landmark Hotel is a hub for a large amount of homeless people and there was a great deal of drug dealers hanging in the corners of the adjacent streets. It was very obvious. Because of that, I was nervous about walking alone or allowing my kids to walk by themselves in the evening or early morning. They slept at many of the entrances to the beach, on benches and in the abandoned house behind the condo. The police were very present and sat directly in front of the condo most nights because of it. Something needs to be done about that situation. That is a vacation destination and people pay a lot of money to go there, and we deserve to feel safe.
