Oversized vehicles and trailers may not be accommodated - please contact the resort in advance for multiple or oversized vehicle arrangements. Assigned parking passes must be displayed on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Parking garage and open parking is located across the street.
  • Smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit or on the premises which includes the balcony. Please inquire with guest services for designated smoking areas.

Beach Escape The room was newly renovated and nice. The check in process was not great because we got there after the second Bike Week and a lot of people had checked out and the housekeeping staff was overwhelmed. Check in is at 4pm and it was around 5:30pm before we got into our room and my wife has a great fear of heights and we were first given a room on the 14th floor which the front desk employee quickly changed and moved us to the second floor. Parking was a challenge as a lot of people were staying at the hotel but it worked out. Overall it has been a great stay at Ocean Reef and the staff is very professional and friendly and courteous. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Exceptional nice hotel Staff is nice, rooms are big and nice. Restaurant food and staff was good. Lot security made us feel safe and was very nice. Nice view and scenery. Rooms are spacious and clean. We just had a hard time finding a place to park our trailer. Overall nice visit

Wonderful relaxing experience This is our first time at Ocean Reef Resort. This will not be our last. We all love it here. The rooms are awesome and clean. The staff are AMAZING. The only thing I would change is add more handicapped parking, but even with that, the staff is very helpful in securing a spot for us.

Great bones but ragged edges The check-in process was absurd, not a minute before 4pm even though clean rooms were available. Everyone who came in prior to that time had to wait, then get in a long line at 4pm to check in. I waited in line for an hour and 20 minutes just to get to the check in desk; people further back in line had to wait longer. Rooms were good size, bathroom had a large counter and mirror, furnishings good, nice refrigerator and microwave. The room a/c unit was old and VERY noisy, a shame since the room was otherwise very quiet. Housekeeping didn't do a very good job of cleaning sand off the floors and the rugs. TV had great picture but the generic remote didn't allow access to the tv's channel listings. Breakfast was pricey. Pool was great, lazy river didn't look too clean. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Beach was clean. Far enough from downtown to be safe. Walking is risky during the tourist season due to heavy traffic.

My room The rooms are beautiful, clean spotless bug free we have a ocean front view of the beautiful sand and ocean. The appliances works in great condition. You get free ice you get a coffee maker a microwave a safe box and anything ever dream of they have great room service. The cleaners are great of cleaning. Is awesome. They have a arcade here. Their breakfast is fresh. They have many restaurants to choose from.
