I am trying to make a reservation. It appears to be available based on the colors in the calendar and the hotel confirmed as well, but I have not been able to make a reservation for any date. Would prefer August 10-12, but no luck in September or October... Can we please get a room reserved?

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund as long as you do so at least 15 days prior to your check-in time. You cannot reschedule your stay once booked.

Q:

I am confused about the $25 resort credit...is that the price per person? Also does that mean my boyfriend and I would be able to enjoy all the resort activities (spa, golf,etc.) without being charged extra?

Hi Victoria, The $25 resort credit is per room per night so regardless of how many people are in your room it will just be $25 per night. The resort fee covers the following: valet parking; WiFi; daily bottled water; access to fitness center, tennis court, and pools; afternoon tea service in the main lobby; use of business center; local and 800 calls; daily morning paper; in-room coffee; daily turn-down service. Hi Anne, I'm so sorry about not clearly answering and I apologize that you have not heard back from your direct inquiry yet. I thought you wanted to add the nights at the Groupon rate. I just spoke with the Reservations Director and unfortunately they are now completely sold out on the 16th and the Groupon is as well but he did suggested that you can continue to check with us to see if anything opens up. Q:

I saw in another answer that a third person will be charged $30 extra per night. How do we pay that? How do we let Groupon know? I want to be sure that the hotel knows that we have three adults coming plus my infant son. I did not see where to put that information in for checkout. Thanks.
