I see that there is a 98 hour cancellation policy. If I have to cancel and do it before the 98 hour window, do I get a refund or have to reselect dates?

Hello. This may be the perfect solution we've been looking for as I'm from Bedford and would like to visit my family for Christmas! It would be my husband and I, plus our daughter (22) and son (9 months). To be a part of this deal, my understanding is that I would need to book the Deluxe Double and pay an extra $30? Can we book the king and get a rollaway bed? Please advise. Thank you. NLB

Q:

Several people are inquiring about pets, what assurances do I have that I will not be placed in a room previously occupied by a pet? I have severe allergies. Do you have designated "pet rooms"?

A:

Hi Pamela, We now do our best to keep pet's restricted to a certain area of the hotel but in the past there was not a designated area so there is a possibility that a pet could have stayed there at some point. In addition, we have had some instances where guests were not upfront about traveling with pets so we were not able place them in the designated areas. I don't want to discourage you from staying us but I do want to make sure we are upfront that we can't guarantee that a room has never had pets. Thanks! Lindy A.
