Q:

I am confused about the daily resort fee that is charged... Is that $14 per night for the two of us if we have two of us coming? in other words is the total for two people going to be $28? Also, is the resort credit $50 total for the two night stay for the two of us?

A:

I apologize for the delay in answering. Resort fees will be due per night. The additional $25 per night will only be due if you exceed their standard occupancy in your room.

I just booked this resort last week for in September and now we would really like to change the dates. I know it says no rescheduling. Does this mean we can't change our dates at all? We still want to stay the same number of nights in September, just arrive 2 days later. Thank you!

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a full refund as long as you do so at least 4 days prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.
