Amazing resort, people and food! We had the most amazing time at Orchid Bay! When booking the trip we had noted that it was an anniversary celebration. When we arrived and went to our casita, there were balloons, flowers, wine and rose petals waiting for us. Such a nice gesture. The resort is quiet and peaceful. It's not a place to go if you are seeking a lot of activities and nightlife. It's a place to go to rest, relax and restore. The food here is AMAZING! Best conch ceviche ever! Every meal was delicious. And...the watermelon mojito is beyond amazing too! Demaris and the rest of the team here are all so friendly and truly care about making a guest's experience incredible. On our second night as we were finishing dinner, the staff came out with an anniversary cake and celebrated us yet again. All I can say is everyone exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to go back!

Remote wonderful setting with high end casitas Like many people, this came to my radar via the travelzoo all inclusive voucher. We are so pleased that we visited this resort. The casitas are extremely nice and high end, huge with lots of space and clean. There is a full kitchen which we didn’t expect. The owner and his wife were frequently around putting personal touch on everything. He seems to have many personal connections, and with every excursion we asked about, he could either send out his own boat, or get us a quote within a couple of hours. The options at the restaurant were delicious and we didn’t order a single thing we didn’t like, and believe me we tried almost everything! The bartender has a bit of a heavy hand if you like alcohol. The best drink is the pantyrippa. The wait staff were accommodating with everything I asked. They even went out of the way to get me a drink in a pineapple even though it’s not really on the menu. This is a more remote location, so if you’re looking for a trip like busy Cancun resort this isn’t it. However, this has the amenities of home but in a peaceful tropical setting. The bay and beach were lovely, the water was clear and shallow enough to walk out very far. All in all, we would visit this place again happily. Maybe during the dry season to get some more boat time in!

Exactly what I needed I came tomorrow Orchid Bay to celebrate my birthday with my best friend and it exceeded my expectations. I love the condo and the beach right outside the door. The staff was so sweet it almost felt like family to me. The food there was so good there was nothing that I did not enjoy 100%. We took a tour with Wilford to see some ruins, and what a perfect tour. He was so knowledgeable. The views were lovely and watching the sunset while drinking rum punch was just chef’s kiss. If you get a chance, please book a massage on the beach. I will be thinking about this trip forever. Also shout out to Jose for being the best front desk person ever.

Perfect extended weekend trip! This was the best experience we have ever had with travel housing. The entire staff was so accommodating and thoughtful throughout our stay. It was evident that they enjoy working at the resort, and take pride in ensuring the guests enjoy their stay. The all inclusive meals and drinks were delicious. We really enjoyed the viewing the Mayan sites and the sunset tour was awesome. The resort’s beach was so clean and beautiful. We wanted to visit San Pedro during our stay. Jose and the staff helped with the arrangements, and made sure we had everything we needed for our day trip. Our casita was very clean and comfortable. We did a couples trip, but there was plenty of room for a family with kids. The vibe was very chill and relaxing. Without hesitation, I recommend this resort to anyone visiting Belize!

6 Days of Pampering I was there for 6 days on a Travelzoo deal. It was just what the doctor ordered! The staff were always extremely pleasant and attentive. The individual casitas are large and well appointed. Although they are all a little different, they all have kitchens, large screen televisions, and large screened in patios. We all paid extra for the oceanfront option, but it's a small resort and all locations are great. The real star of the show was the food! In the 6 days we were there, never one bad meal. Not just goo, but exceptional! Now if you're looking for a lot of entertainment or activities, you'll be disappointed. If you're looking for a shiny, bright lights experience, you'll be disappointed. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, or a place to slow down and catch your breath, you won't be disappointed. I felt totally cared for and I can't wait to go back!
