The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants and extravagant buffets overflowing with crab legs and prime rib.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, or head to Fashion Show Las Vegas to browse racks at Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue. You can also virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks, thanks to the Strip’s re-creation of the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and Venetian canals. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

Very happy with our stay at the Oyo. Checked in without a problem, helped by Allen at the front desk, he gave us all our perks of our Groupon purchase. Enjoyed our amenities, the pool was amazing. The parking was easy to find. Will definitely be back to stay here for more fun when in LV!

The $45 resort fee is a little outrageous as well as the $250 deposit

Avoid at all costs! The hotel is filthy. Two lifts were broken leading to long delays getting to my room each time, unfriendly staff did not assist in any way, and broken items/furniture everywhere. I did not receive the free items/bets promised as part of my booking. The pool was unavailable for the mornings for no reason. On a positive, the fitness centre was very good and clean. Overall, a terrible experience and not to be recommended.

Over Priced and Dirty I booked the trip through Hopper where there were hidden fees that were confusing. I usually use Hopper and the resort fees are always included. OYO made their rooms look cheap by leaving the fees out of the original booking only to charge you when you got to registration. I did not notice the small print that barley explained the fees. Hopper said all fees and taxes are included when I booked, which obviously was untrue. By the time I paid for everything, I could have booked a better room somewhere else with better amenities. They have two towers and only one elevator was working in each tower. I had to ride with large garbage and laundry bins. Many times I had to wait several times to get on the elevator as they were full to capacity. Sometime for 20 minutes at a time. The pool was nice but very basic. The rooms were dated and felt dirty along with the elevators. The staff on the other hand were absolutely amazing. They were kind, friendly and very helpful. We ate at Hooters and the food was really good and the sever was such a doll.

The best hotel/casino I've ever stayed at (so far) After packing our things and going to Las Vegas for a family trip/ACDC Concert, we decided to stay a couple of nights at this hotel. We could not afford to use room service, however the atmosphere and cleanliness of the resort was incredible! The bathroom smelled incredible too, despite the scent being overpowering at times. The view of the resort swimming pool was nice too, and I wish I packed some swimming gear for the trip. Lastly, the casino. I've never been to one before, let alone in Las Vegas, but it had a great atmosphere, and I had a lot of fun at the Roulette table. The next time I visit Las Vegas for any kind of trip, I'm staying at this one again for sure! :)
