The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants and extravagant buffets overflowing with crab legs and prime rib.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, or head to Fashion Show Las Vegas to browse racks at Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue. You can also virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks, thanks to the Strip’s re-creation of the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and Venetian canals. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

Very happy with our stay at the Oyo. Checked in without a problem, helped by Allen at the front desk, he gave us all our perks of our Groupon purchase. Enjoyed our amenities, the pool was amazing. The parking was easy to find. Will definitely be back to stay here for more fun when in LV!

The head of Security My wife and I were staying at this hotel and casino and I was in one of the sports bar waiting on my wife and I was sitting on one of these oversized couches with my right leg up on the couch and the head of security Hector walked by and told me to take my foot down which I did immediately. The thing that disturbed was the manner in which he spoke to me. I was feeling very ill and the way he spoke to me was very disrespectful and rude!So when he walked by again I confronted him and told him I did not like the way he spoke to me and he got defensive and continued to be rude and trying to justify why he was like that in front of my wife. He then in an interrogating manner ask me for my name and my room This is not the way you speak to a paying guest! I would never choose to stay here again.

Very terrible stay Do not stay at this hotel they are very rude. They charge a $300 deposit and they scam you out of it when you leave and said I smoked in the room when I’ve never smoked a day in my life and the charge was $500 when we tried to complain about rude people at the desk just say oh well dispute it with your bank

Waste of money and spoiled the mood Visited in May, 24-28. The night before the hotel sent me a txt that luggage storage is available upon request. They also advertise it on their website. We arrived much earlier than 4 pm so asked to store the luggage. The guy said they don’t have that service. Showed him the txt .. nope, didn’t care. So instead of wondering around after a flight and been +35C outside we decided to pay early check in but if felt like we are forced ! Same guy suggested to upgrade the room - that means same dirty room but you have fridge (!!) , coffee maker (!!), 2 bottles of water and daily housekeeping. $15 a day+ tax. Ok, payed that too. The next day there wasn’t water , clean towels or housekeeping. Asked 3 times and still nothing was done. In the mean time I asked again about luggage storage. The receptionist said yes, we have that. When I explained what happened the day before he said it depends on who you are talking to (!!!). Elevators - 5 it total but only 2 work- one to the top, 19th floor and the other to the 10th. Imagine wait times and the fast that the house keepers are using it too. Day 3 - the one to the top broke . So lucky us been on the 17th floor. Up and down 7 floors a few time this day. At least they waved the resort fee for that day ( but if you don’t ask nobody would bother to give you anything complimentary). Hooters restaurant- happy hour 11-2. We went at 1:30.waited almost 15 min to be seated even that only 2 tables were taken. Decided to pick a table on our own and right away a girl showed up to ask us to move to another table because wasn’t her turn to take clients (!). It didn’t matter to her that a few tables were dirty. Whatever.. Asked about happy hour and were told they don’t have it. OMG, the sign is 10 meters away from their entrance…. Nope, they don’t have it !!! Last day, checked out at 11 and AGAIN were told they don’t have luggage storage. Overall that place sucks , top to bottom. We travel a lot and I can tell you that OYO was one of the worst experiences we had . Don’t waste your money and don’t ruin your vacation . Hopefully when the new stadium is done they demolish that stain !!
