Q:

I have small children (under the age of 5). The rules state that a the room has a maximum occupancy of 2. Is the maximum counting only adults, or do small children also count towards the occupancy? Thanks!

A:

Maximum occupancy is based on local fire and disaster code and can not be exceeded. All guests will count towards occupancy.

How far is the airport and is there a shuttle available?

The hotel is about 5 miles from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). Shuttle services are not available, cab fare from the airport to Palm Canyon Resort will cost around $15.
