Q:

It says there is a 20$ resort fee per day due at check-in. Would that be refundable at the check-out? Also, is the $50 nightly incidental deposit a one time fee or would I pay 50$ per day for as long as I'm staying? Same question applies, would that be refundable at the check-out?

Rebecca S.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

The nightly Resort Fee is mandatory and is non-refundable. The $50 nightly incidental deposit is held to allow charging to the suite. If by the end of your stay no items have been charged back to the room (this includes nightlife venues, restaurants, bars, etc.), the deposit is refundable.
