A:

Maximum occupancy for the king room is 2 and of the queen room is 4. Adding occupants above their standard of 2 is $20 per night for each additional guest 18 or older; guests 17 or younger stay free.

No, children under 18 stay free with an adult. The maximum occupancy for the efficiency is 4 and the maximum occupancy for the king room is 2.

Both room types available with this offer are pet friendly. We accept 1 dog per room for an additional $15 per night. Dogs must be 20lbs or less and non-aggressive breeds.

I don't want to cancel my room but I would like to move it up a day as my condo changed our dates on us. can I possibly do that?

If you want to add an additional night you can do so by booking a second reservation for this night. If you wish to change your arrival date, but keep the same number of nights you will need call us at 800-255-4763 so we can determine availability and the rate for the new stay. It is possible that additional fees will apply. Technically Groupons cannot be changed once booked. The cancellation window is 15 days before arrival so there are many options we need to consider once we have your reservation details.

Q:

I failed to change the name when I booked for my friend so I have two rooms booked in my name. Can my friend still register in the room under her name or will I have to register both rooms in my name?

A:

Please give us a call at 800-255-4763 to change the name on the second room. You can only register for one room, so we will require the second room to be registered to the guest staying in that room at check-in anyway. Both registered parties will require a major credit at check-in for incidentals.

Q:

What would be the total cost if i checked in on oct 4 and out on the 6th? I come up with $198.24, is this correct? What if I dont need to use the safe or use the phone in the room? Will I still be charged the $5?

A:

The total price will be found on the Groupon website. All fees are mandatory and will be collected at time of purchase. No additional fees will be due at check-in as long as there are only 2 adults in the room and you are not traveling with a pet. We will require a major credit card at check-in for incidentals.

I want to check in on Oct 11 and check out on the 13th. It shows that there is availability on the 10/11 & 12, but it is not letting me select 10/13 as check out. Can you please help with this?

If you cannot check out on 10/13 it means that the night of 10/12 is not available. Upon review of the calendar I have found that inventory is only available in the oceanfront efficiency for Friday night. Saturday night is sold out in both room types.

Q:

I want to possibly book this deal for Nov.27th thru 30th. When I click over dates it comes up 44.00 per night and not the 34.00 for 2 queen beds. Why is the rate different for these dates? Also when I click on nov. 28th it says no check in available. What does this mean?

This deal is available from $34 a night at the lowest. Not all nights will show this price, as the original price that the deal applies to varies from night to night. You can preview the price of any night by hovering your mouse over the date.

When it says "No Check In Available" that means we do not have that night available, that date is only valid for check out.

Q:

If I make reservations through this deal, can it be cancelled? If cancelled, does that go through Groupon and do I get all of my money back? Looks like it may allow cancellation up to 15 days before the reservation dates, if I am reading the rules correctly, can you please verify if that is true?

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund as long as you do so at least 15 days prior to your check-in time. After this point you are not able to cancel your stay, and you cannot receive a refund. You cannot reschedule your stay once booked.
