Less than average stay for the price We stayed for our annual family side by side trip. You can get to the resort via the trails. Room was small, especially the bathroom. You could not open the door to the bathroom all the way without hitting the toilet. It took forever to get hot water in the shower on the second floor. The elevator was only big enough for the luggage cart and two people. We used the stairs when not hauling luggage. Pool, sauna and hot tub were all in working order and clean. When we first got into our room, my husband opened a bottle of the complimentary water and spilled a bit on the floor. He grabbed a hand towel to wipe it up and it came up filthy! Obviously, missed a mopping while cleaning. Was also woken up by people talking loudly in the hall at 1am. This was with my sound machine on and the air-conditioning unit running, not very soundproof rooms!

nothing special just ok, very full tee times, it is a mans club, with only being a twosome, no one letting you thru. stopped for lunch after, the waitress was so worried about her boyfriend and talking to kitchen help, the staff were not very in tuned to the people eating. food was just ok. not worth the money.

Small rooms Pine Mountain Lodge is a fairly old place, though it's in good repair. We took a "two-bedroom suite" and got that and no more. The bedrooms were small and there was exactly one (uncomfortable) chair in total. The restaurant was OK, but the service was slow.

Don’t expect good service for the $$ paid. First night was amazing. Apparently management doesn't work on weekends. Service turned atrocious after Friday. $270 a night and can’t get fresh coffee in the room? Act like its our fault? TV doesn't work, but again its our fault? If you are going to charge big city prices, please have big city services.
