Excellent customer service from The front desk! They were friendly and knowledgeable. They told me what to expect from Check in and checkout. The hotel itself was clean, the suite was a good size.

Nice overnight stay Friendly staff, clean room, good location to visit daughter at Cal State Fullerton. My only complaint is the pillows are a little thick for me. This was my second time staying here and it has always been a good experience. Will stay here again next time I'm in town.

Friendly and Clean This Best Western doesn't have fancy amenities but it's a good price for a very clean and friendly hotel if you need to be in Orange County.
