Smoky The hotel boasts as the rooms being smoke free; however our was smoky. We will choose another resort when we return to Vegas.

Such a great hotel Take me back!!!! Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was so tidy and clean. The rooms were so big and same with the bathroom. The hotel is close to everything and we are so glad we stayed here! I’m really fussy with cleanliness and I was comfortable staying here.

Planet hollywood awful check in staff and cancelled my booking and blamed my travel agent I paid for 4 nights in planet hollywood vegas a month before travelling and when I tried to check in the check in worker told me that they didn't have a booking for me. I showed him all my screenshots and emails to show that I had booked and paid for 4 nights he told me that they didn't have anything and he was very unsympathetic and unhelpful. I refused to walk away until he checked and after checking he said that they took my booking but it was cancelled by my travel agent (prestigia) on the same day. After not helping anymore I had to borrow some money and book into he Paris hotel next door. I have been in contact with my travel agent since who said they are refunding me what I paid out and they said that they didn't cancel the booking and that planet hollywood initiated the cancellation of my booking. I was not contacted by either my travel agent or planet hollywood to let me know about the cancellation, leaving me stuck I'm vegas without a hotel. I paid out more money for the Paris hotel and I still haven't received my refund and I still want to know who cancelled my booking without contacting me. The customer service I have received from planet hollywood was terrible and I would not recomanyone to stay there.
