The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars, and live entertainment, the consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes roulette, blackjack, and poker games. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques in most Las Vegas Strip hotels. Head to LINQ Promenade for a shopping and dining experience, then ride atop the High Roller observation wheel. Thanks to the strip’s re-creation of the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas and the Roman Empire at Caesars Palace, you can virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks.

Wonderful stay at Planet Hollywood Planet Hollywood is one of the best casino's in Vegas and on the strip. Had a great time with everything they had to offer. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Disappointed with parking and comps I typically enjoy stopping in to PH when in Vegas for some gambling or to eat at the Cafe and have a good time however this was my first time staying at the hotel while driving my own vehicle and must say the parking situation and lack of free play/comps will likely result in my staying at an MGM property instead. Specifically, the extensive walk required to get from the parking garage is ridiculous, charging a Diamond level player $20 a night for parking and lack of any free play or meal comps is a vastly different experience from what I receive from MGM. The $20 parking is not breaking the bank by any means but feels like “nickel and dime” when you consider how much money I drop in their casino gambling and the having to roll your luggage 1/2 mile through the Miracle Mile shops/mall looking for hotel registration after having driven for 7 hours was annoying to say the least. The free play/comps or lack thereof was insulting especially when you consider MGM gave me $950 in free play and $450 in resort credit/comps for a two night stay (I’m Platinum level with MGM) just the week before my visit to PH…just seems like Caesars doesn’t care to treat their higher level player card members with any sort of gratitude. It’s also odd that Caesars is linked to resorts in Reno and Tahoe where I also spend a bundle and it’s crickets other than a random email ole wry once in a while talking about “offers” that rarely align with our travel plans….just overall disappointment with Caesars and PH and doubtful I’ll be back considering the alternative(s) right across the street.

A very mid experience Stayed 2/15-2/19, with some issues. The good: bed was comfortable, room was clean. The not so good: Toilet did not flush well, sink faucets did not work, and one of the dresser drawers was broken. We called to notify and engineering banged on our door at 12:30am, and was annoyed when I asked him to come back tomorrow when we would be out. Housekeeping failed to clean the room 2 days, trash was not taken out and towels were not replenished. When I brought this up at the front desk, I was told I obviously had the do not disturb tag on, which was untrue. It is simply not acceptable to blame the guest for service issues. Restaurants were very good, hotel has a prime mid-strip location. A Walgreens is outside, which was far more cost effective for water, soda and snacks as opposed to the hotel. WiFi was restricted to two total devices, which kept me from using my laptop.
