"Filthy Room, Bug in Bathtub, and Staff Lied – Stay Away!" This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we entered the room, we found a bug in the bathtub, the bed was sloppily made, and the sofa looked like someone had already sat on it. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned. We immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff promised a refund, and we chose not to stay — but we were still charged! They also tried offering us another room, but we noticed paper signs taped to doors, and the whole place felt unprofessional and possibly unsafe. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General, and I encourage others to do the same. This hotel needs to be investigated. Do NOT stay here. _ Photos attached as proof.

Great review of the Radisson Hotel_ So far my stay is great I no complaints. They make sure you’re well taken care of. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody that travels or have business out of state. Or just to come stay it’s a great place.

Do not stay there We checked in on 08/10/24. The first room we were given had what looked liked an old dried blood stain on the comforter. We were then given another room. The second room had two cracks in the window, mold in the bathroom and someone else’s hair on the wall of the shower like it was not properly cleaned.We addressed on concerns with a staff member named Sam who appeared not really care. Sam informed us that the manager was not there and wouldn’t be there until Monday 08/12/24. Not worth the price we paid to stay there.
