A huge disappointment- a bad hotel I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - we paid a lot for a room with a balcony. It all seemed like it needed updating ; the bathroom is tiny . The worst thing was that the Soho house club next door plays really loud music from lunchtime through to midnight and beyond. We couldn’t sleep. We complained the next day and the staff ate young and not really interested. They said “we get that all the time !!” We asked to move rooms. Now have a less superior room, no view, no refund. But at least the noise is less and we can sleep. Don’t stay here.

Disappointing Business Stay — Great Location, Everything Else Falls Short I stayed at Radisson Resort Miami Beach for 8 nights during a business trip, as I was attending an event nearby. I want to start by saying that the location is fantastic — very central, with plenty of transportation options and easy access to different areas. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The hotel itself is in urgent need of deep maintenance and renovation, but the biggest issue by far is the staff and overall service culture. I was traveling as part of a group of three colleagues, with two rooms reserved under our company name. Because we did not all arrive at the same time, I was told I could not check in until everyone on the reservation was present. While inconvenient, I understood and accepted the policy. However, when I asked to leave my luggage with the concierge so I could go get something to eat, the staff initially refused. I had to insist — almost to the point of tears — before they finally agreed to hold my bags. This first interaction already set the tone for the rest of the stay: unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely lacking a solution-oriented mindset. The front desk staff were consistently difficult to deal with and showed very little interest in assisting guests. Service at the restaurant was equally disappointing. Long waiting times just to be attended, orders taken incorrectly, and a general sense of disorganization made dining there frustrating rather than convenient. Housekeeping and maintenance also seemed understaffed or poorly managed. Towels were not replaced, toilet paper and basic bathroom amenities were not replenished, and on one occasion, I requested early in the morning for my room to be cleaned — when I returned late at night, it had still not been serviced. Another major issue was the lack of sound insulation between rooms. You can hear everything happening next door — even minimal movements. It was extremely disturbing. For two consecutive nights, I was unable to sleep because there was a small party happening in the adjacent room, and the noise carried through the walls as if it were inside my own room. Overall, this is a hotel I would strongly recommend avoiding — especially for business travelers who need rest and efficiency during their stay. Aside from the location, there is nothing that justifies the experience or the cost. Great location — but absolutely not worth it otherwise.

Valet hector Hector at the valet was amazing. Super helpful, professional, and genuinely kind from the moment we arrived. He made everything easy and stress-free and always went the extra mile with a great attitude. Huge shoutout to my friend Hector at Hotel Addison Blu — truly top-tier service. Highly recommend!
