We won't make this mistake again Kissimmee Ramada Review – Thanksgiving 2025 My spouse and I selected this hotel based on its location in Kissimmee, the Ramada brand reputation, and its advertised “Water Park.” While the location met our expectations, the overall experience did not align with the brand’s standards. Arrival & Property: Upon arrival, the property appeared neglected, with a poorly maintained driveway and parking lot. The Ramada signage was a temporary tarp, and the lobby was clean but uninviting. The staff were courteous and helpful, which was a positive aspect. Rooms: The room was relatively clean but outdated and in need of renovation. Issues included a malfunctioning coffee maker, visible mold, and mildew in the bathroom. The flooring did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, feeling gritty and dirty requiring us to wear socks throughout our stay. Dining: There was no dinner service available. The complimentary breakfast consisted of limited options such as sauteed hot dogs, pancakes, cantaloupe, and cold cereal. The selection was the same and remained unchanged throughout our stay. Water Park & Pool: The “Water Park” was largely non-operational, with only the lazy river open. The water slide was closed and appeared unsafe due to visible mold, rust, and structural concerns. Cabanas available to rent were dirty and torn in places. The pool was open but required significant maintenance, and accessibility equipment was in poor condition (cracked, broken in places with heavy duty tape to hold it together. Marketing & Brand Representation: Online photos were outdated and did not reflect the current state of the property. Since Ramada’s acquisition, minimal improvements have been made. The experience did not meet expectations for a Ramada by Wyndham property. Conclusion: Based on this experience, we do not plan to return to this property or other Ramada locations.

Pleasantly surprised. This hotel, I was a little skeptical about just because I could see it was an older property, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room, which I booked the two Queen and bunkbed suite how spacious and clean it was. No it didn’t have everything that so-called upscale hotels have as far as a full kitchen and utensils and what not but we may do and things like plates or forks that we didn’t have for cake and ice cream when we got there late at night the front desk was very accommodating. The waterpark was a blast. The property had all kinds of little extras like the little PlayStation room, the mini golf and the little kids area we’re also very clean and served a good purpose for our group of people. The check-in process was amazing as I did it online and it strictly online the deposit the ID everything was done and all I did when I walked in was bypassing a line, and able to just pick up my paperwork keys and go was simply amazing. I was given a late checkout which the front desk did an acknowledge was done. The only issue was housekeeping, either didn’t believe me. Then I had a late check out, but they certainly didn’t call to verify because they did come back a couple more times before 1 PM but that was the only issue and that wasn’t even anything major. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family

WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! The photos are misleading. This place is a safety issue and disgusting! Feces on the walkway, everything is rundown, door locks broken, bugs in the rooms, broken windows, trash everywhere. I didn’t want to touch anything! We checked out early. I’ve attached pictures and videos
