Nastiest Red Roof Yet! DO NOT STAY HERE I booked a non-smoking room which on check-in stunk of cigarettes, mold, chemicals and body odor. There was also an ashtray next to the no smoking sign on the desk. There were hairs in the bed, bathroom and the floor was greasy. The front desk offered to put me in a different room, but they were quite indignant about it and informed me that if this one wasn’t good enough for me that they would NOT be able to do a refund. “you’ll have to come back on Monday and talk to the manager” The new room smelled the same. Also came with an ashtray next to the non-smoking sign and had the previous guests hairs in the bathroom and bed. It was late. The front desk was really not nice about it and insistent that they would not be able to give me a refund. I didn’t want to sleep in my car. So I stripped the bed and brought the sheets and pillows down to them and ask them for new ones. Of course they didn’t have new pillows so I went out to Walmart to buy one. When I returned, found a stack of fresh sheets on the bed, and they had bombed the room with some kind of chemical air freshener, and the floor was still slippery … maybe from whatever they sprayed into the room. So I sat there with the door open for a few hours to let the room air out, did my best to clean the floor with a wet towel,, put the sheets on the bed and slept on top of them in clothing and wore my sandals the whole time. The next morning, the stink was back, and when I returned to the room that evening, it smelled just as bad as it did the day before almost like the cigarette smell and funk and nastiness is baked into the walls and furniture. The ashtrays outside are overflowing. There’s trash all over the place and both rooms they offered me were filthy and had used linens on the beds. This is unhygienic, unprofessional, and really unacceptable. Very disappointed in Red Roof for not enforcing the most very basic of standards in their brand.

Filthy, dirty, grimy, sketchy Awful, terrible, filthy, grimy, dirty, horrid motel. How can they put a family in this room? Found four roach bugs crawling around overnight, bathtub was filthy with visible dirt, grime. sketchy people wandering around outside. Staff disengaged. Horrible. Booked 3 nights, but checked out after the first night. Awful. Do not stay here.

Please retire me This place needs to be retired.....it is one tired dump. SMALL room...no fridge or microwave. Did have coffee and a hair dryer. No breakfast. And, they had the nerve to charge $102.60 a night for a place that wasn't worth $50!! You guessed it.....we won't be returning and we don't recommend you book a room there either.

“Okay Stay” I’ve stayed here before, and I used my Rewards points for a free night. Other than that; this is very expensive Red Roof Inn, compared to others, and I don’t understand why. Marlin is a nice receptionist, and the rest of the staff is also friendly. However, other guests were banging on doors all night, and walking by my door while carrying on loud conversations on their cell phones. They need a roving security guard to prevent this. All that being said; everything worked properly, and it was basically clean. My pet rabbits seemed comfortable too, so I’ll give it a high rating of two rabbit ears up!! ( ( ( -.-) o_(“)(“)
