Luxury in Honolulu - The Rensaissance! This is a luxury high-rise property that is staffed with professionals across the board (housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant, bell staff were all great), nearby but not on the Waikiki “strip”, central to shopping and many fantastic restaurants nearby. Many thanks to Mr. Kainoa at the front desk at check-in. He was adroitly managing some difficult guests prior to my check-in. Gathered himself and put on a great “game face”. We chatted briefly while checking in and his demeanor changed a slight bit as we laughed at the fact that miserable people have to live with themselves every day. We are lucky we only interact briefly! The entire property is well maintained and the design ethic is relaxing. Will be my new “home base” when staying here next time!

Amazing stay! My family and I had a wonderful 10-day vacation in Oahu! A big shout-out to the staff at this hotel-they are amazing, especially Jessa at the front desk, who was so helpful, kind, and reliable. The housekeeping staff also deserves a mention for their incredibly fast service; whenever I needed something, they delivered it within minutes! We ate breakfast at SERA restaurant almost every day ( Received complimentary continental breakfast for Titanium member , $10 per person to upgrade ) - the buffet food is excellent, and the staff are great. I love that they have rice, salmon and miso soup at the buffet! Additionally, the gym is very clean and well-equipped. The staff at the gym and pool area did very well in maintaining this area. The location of this hotel is perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed, including groceries, restaurants, Ala Moana Center, and the beach. The only downside was that the pool was too cold to swim in but everything else was great! We will definitely stay here again.

Heaven on Earth This property was located in a prime area, the hotel was beyond beautiful. I had an apartment like suite on the 32nd floor with a breathtaking. From the Front Desk, all the way down to the valet drivers, everyone was very welcoming. I will stay here everytime I come to Honolulu

Amazing stay for our family! Amazing experience staying at the Renaissance Honolulu recently! I was very impressed by their customer service and attention to detail. We visited with our family and the room was impressive - great kitchen and the washer-dryer was key for us! We enjoyed the coffee shop/cafe in the lobby, as well as the restaurant - was great for kids as well. There is even a Michelin starred Korean restaurant behind the hotel. This is in a great neighborhood that is a bit away from tourist central. Our family used the swimming/bar area almost daily and the environment is great - very friendly people and again the staff is amazing! We will definitely be back and thanks once again.
