The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great (close to the Sphere). Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool too.

Poor product and WAY over priced. Terrible value. HOLY ****. Ordered 3 shots of Blanton's bourbon at the hotel bar. I fully expected Vegas upcharge, and shame on me, I didn't ask how much first. $48 per drink. I could've bought a whole effin bottle for less. I will take responsibility for ordering, but I feel like our server should have questioned my illogical splurge. Connecting to WiFi failed first several attempts. Received a message it was $15 a day even though the website indicated it is free for Marriott Bonvoy members. Apparently not. So much of the hotel needs to be updated. Plenty of other options in the Marriott brand in the neighborhood. Do not stay here.

Unique - however- not for everyone This location has its positives and negatives. Its then up to you to decide whats important and what is not. The Good: Great view of Vegas - the Globe and strip ..yet - Not on the strip and there is no on site gambling , thus it doesn't attract a certain type of Vegas tourist. Its right next to the convention center and the mono-rail if you want to go to the strip or have an event plan at the center this is perfect ! . Theres valet parking and if you like, self-parking. You could literally be in any city here as its an old school hotel yet not 5 stars- Not full service - . From a by-gone era of traveling. No in room kitchens or on site laundry and one expensive restaurant which is a last choice if your tired . They host airline staff , pilots and stewardess etc as you will see that these contracts seem to keep this hotel afloat. Its a quiet location BUT the hotel has thin walls and if you get stuck next to anyone who has the TV jacked up or is drunk or loud talkers ---you will be a part of that event which is a very bad thing if tired . We like self parking and no gambling and try to ask for a quiet location - often the desk knows and puts those who are high risk noise makers on certain floors - One drawback is the front desk does not always pick up the phone - and a few times I was routed to a call center in another location ! Yikes - If you try to call the front desk from outside the hotel --good luck - You will likely not get a person there . but a promise to call you back after giving lots of information - The view is great , The location is too and the rates are fair , hotel is clean . and the ammenities in the room are good.

From Yousf's amazing welcome at check in, to Joshua and Chef Garcia's incredible dining experience. Top tier. The remodeling of Zios is inviting and the food was superb. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend
