The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great (close to the Sphere). Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool too.

A staff member as a waiter at the Renaissance Hotel restaurant and cafe, named Alex Christy. A staff member, Alex Christy, worked as a waiter at the Renaissance Hotel restaurant and cafe. I cannot praise enough how wonderful my experience was with Alex when my wife and I were at the cafe for brunch. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a level of dedication, care, and thoughtfulness that is truly rare in this industry. What stood out most was his ability to listen to my needs and concerns. He never rushed explaining every detail when I was choosing from the menu until I fully understood. His professionalism, genuine care, tireless work ethic, and authentic passion for helping his customers are genuinely unmatched. Thank you very much. Christopher Kim

More than a hotel more like staying at a close friend’s home The check in service was excellent, the bar was fun and especially liked the food. The waitress who we thought did the best service for us was named Adela. She made sure that our order was cooked the way we wanted and upon being asked by my wife explained the recipes. She made our dining experience fun and knowledgeable.

Marcy and Leilani for prez! Had a really great tat at the Ren LV. Highlights was the incredibly hospitable staff at Zio’s, particularly during breakfast. Marcy and Leilani were so friendly, attentive, and amazing. I couldn’t have been happier. Thanks Team!
