Can't wait to go back This hotel is fantastic! Everyone on staff was amazing from the doormen to the check-in to the bar staff, waitresses. Just the best! The hotel has the perfect location. You can walk to all the shopping areas like the Ft. Riff and many restaurants in the area. We chose the hotel for the location because we did not want to rent a car. Our room was 403 which was perfect! Top floor and oceanfront with a good view. We had a balcony. The room was very nice and nice bathroom and good shower. Maid service was also excellent. The beachfront with the infinity pool is amazing! The pool is HUGE and it looks like it flows in the ocean. The beach is man made, but very nice and relaxing. There is also a chlorine pool at one end. The bar/food service on the beach was terrific! Shout out to Bianca!!! You were wonderful!!! Breakfast buffet was delicious! Everything you could want with indoor and outdoor seating. We did not eat lunch or dinner there but I would guess that it is good. We used taxionpoint.com for our tour and also our return trip to the airport. Charde is a great tour guide. We did a 4 hour tour...Halo Caves, aloe farm, Serena Factory for our Chi-Chi doll souvenir. Lunch at Fort Nassau with a great view. We did not make it the west side of the island where there are a lot of beautiful beaches...next time. You won't regret staying at this hotel. Wonderful 5 days! We will go back next year.

Best Resort in Town Really nice resort walking distance to restaurants, Ft Riff, shopping, movie theater, the swinging bridge, the heart locks, floating market, Punda market, Petermaai, car rental and more. Casino, Starbucks, gym and several restaurants on property along with a beautiful man made beach with pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend an ocean view room with balcony.

Best hotel in Curacao for many reasons Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Stay in January 29th-February 21st 2024 My wife and I had to stay in Curacao last minute because she had to be hospitalized for 2 weeks. We were on vacation at a different hotel since the 18th when my wife had to be rush to the emergency. The previous hotel basically kicked me out claiming they were full. At the Renaissance, I was welcomed with open arms. They understood my situation and where extremely compassionate about it. They told me I could keep my room until such time as I checked out... I had to move my checkout date 3 times. The entire hotel staff was incredible from the doorman to the General Manager. They inquired about my wife health regularly. They worked with me when I had to order more medication for myself from Canada, I have MS. The support I received was unbelievably valuable. Now for the hotel itself, extremely well maintained. The food is excellent, I highly recommend the Papaya Stew. The two pools are beautiful and very well located (second story) to give an incredible ocean view. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to all who are looking for a wonderful vacation in Curacao.

Location is everything! We spent a week at Marriott properties in Curacao with 3 nights here and 4 and the Beach Resort. We did have some Oceanfront view issues with a room on the 2nd floor directly in front of the "5 O'clock Somewhere" restaurant which made for a poor to no ocean view but the front desk team did work together in correcting this however it took a 2-3 hour wait. We were exhausted from travel and this setback made us borderline angry but again the team got it done. I believe Dalahundra was particularly helpful in correcting our problem and do want to recognize her but not sure if I have the spelling correct. The bellhop Chris was also awesome with questions and service. The pool was unique and quite a sight to see. The proximity to restaurants and shops is a bonus when staying here. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Best experience ever untill now! I never write reviews when I travel, whether it is for work or pleasure. But this time I just had to! I recommend this resort to everybody that wants a good, friendly and professional treatment from a great staff, a marvelous room and good food! Much thanks to Nayda (booking) and Daianarra, Diedre, Alexis, Luis and Riangelo for the very warm welcome and the pleasant surprise when I arrived at the resort! I will not stay anywhere else but with you all in the future when I visit Curacao again!
