Gawd Awful. The 80s called, they want their hotel back. This place must have been built in the 80s and never remodeled. The absolute worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. Not only did I not feel safe, it was dirty. Marriott needs to with scrape & rebuild or completely gut this place and renovate every square inch of it this crumbling property. I’m still dealing with the shock of how bad it is. Do not stay here.

BED BUGS! If you want to experience bed bugs, stay here. I had a 13 night extended stay during a house to apartment transition (oct 30-nov 12) and my room was infested with bed bugs. It was so bad that I ended up having to go to the emergency room to be officially treated and diagnosed. I even had to go back to the doctor for follow up as the infections were that bad. I had all medical documentation and they moved me into a different room with no issues, but I had to launder and throw out numerous personal items without any assistance from the hotel (I had to pay for my own laundry). It has been exactly 6 weeks since my checkout. All I requested was a refund on my stay as it was entirely altered and cost me a ton of money to not only stay there, but medical and personal expenses. I have been cordial and professional with hotel management. They have not given me any updates. I opened 2 cases with corporate Marriott as I have been a Bonvoy member since 2009. THIS IS AWFUL SERVICE. Marriott, respond to this please. Make it right. Thanks.

Absent Staff, Poor Support 2:30AM I slept in the foyer for over an hour. Came to check in (why did nobody authorize my request for a mobile key??) and the front desk associate, who came by the main door an hour later, claimed he was watching TV and didn’t know someone was there (I rang the door bell, called the front desk phone, and loudly knocked on the glass). Called customer support with a simple request to waive their asinine $15 daily parking fee (it’s ground level parking spaces on hotel property) and they said they’d get back to me in a couple days. Went back to the front desk, this time equipped with a room key, only to find that there was AGAIN no associate manning the front desk! My job has me living out of hotels half the year and this is easily the worst managed hotel I have stayed at in years, maybe ever. Take your money, take your points, and spend them somewhere that hopefully still has a shred of credibility in this depressing new reality we live in.

Hidden costs This was just an average place to stay overnight. The T.V. channels weren't working and they said it was because of the weather. Without our knowing, they charged us $15 to park. It's not like this is right in the heart of Downtown and there's limited parking. They had a parking lot. I wouldn't stay here again.

This is an Ok place to stay. Stayed for 8 days and the room was nice but outdated. No one came and replaced towels or changed the sheets or took the trash. By time I got back to the room. I later found out that you have to request Sheets changed and towels replaced. I thought paying $42 per night for parking was crazy and the garage is a tight squeeze. Breakfast was typical Continental Breakfast that changed every morning. I think I would stay else where when I come back to Denver.
