Dated property not near anything except other chain hotels While I was grateful that this property had a room at late notice since my original hotel near the airport was overbooked and couldn’t honor my reservation, I would never choose this hotel in advance. It is not near anything except a clustering of other big chain hotels. It’s a dated banged up property. Stains in the bathtub, damaged walls, old oak cabinets from the 80s. Breakfast also from the 80s. No alternative milks, highly processed eggs and sausage patties which they ran out of instantly, brown spotty bananas. Bed was comfortable, which is I suppose is the key requirement.

Run down, dirty, unexpected fees Don't stay here! Hard to believe this is a Marriott property. The property is run down. You will be charged a $150 deposit incidental fee that they say you'll get back and $15 to park your car in the parking lot. When booking my reservation I was not told of these fees. Went for the complimentary breakfast at 8:00 a.m. and they were totally out of everything and weren't restocking since breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m.

Overpriced MOTEL that had me fearing for my safety. I have stayed at other residence inn hotels throughout the country and was expecting so much more from this one since they charged me $500 a night since they were walking distance to mile high stadium for a concert that evening. First of all, this is a MOTEL in the middle of downtown. I did not feel safe at all, especially since the signs in the room said lock and deadbolt all windows and doors and there were security alerts throughout the parking lot such that I feared my rental car would be broken into. Also, the deadbolt to the main door of my room was also broken. The room itself was fine and clean, and staff members were kind, but for me nothing could save the fact that I did not feel safe at all with the location and style of this MOTEL and still had to pay $500 for ONE night. I would never stay here again.

Absolutely terrible stay that just sucked the entire spirit out of my trip Staff at front desk wasn’t helpful with check in or amenities. WiFi is worse than any other hotel I’ve been to, can’t even check your email here. Air conditioning barely works also. Hot water in the showers only lasts about a solid 5 minutes and the room I was in had the cold and hot water reversed.

Gawd Awful. The 80s called, they want their hotel back. This place must have been built in the 80s and never remodeled. The absolute worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. Not only did I not feel safe, it was dirty. Marriott needs to with scrape & rebuild or completely gut this place and renovate every square inch of it this crumbling property. I’m still dealing with the shock of how bad it is. Do not stay here.
