Adequate. Just. In general, Residence Inns are pretty nice, but this one was not. The room was dark and gloomy and the lighting was harsh. The whole place was shabby in appearance, but clean. The refrigerator worked but the shelves were wet as if there was some sort of leak. The toilet flusher did not work (I jury-rigged a fix with a coat hanger). On the plus side--the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. And the place was very quiet.

Disgusting/Horrible Run at all cost. This is not up to Marriott standards at all. Where do I begin, do I start with horrible customer service, or the ants in the room. Better yet horrible lighting, or the fact that I got sick from staying in this horrible room. The iron board was broke. The light over the stove never worked, the lighting in the room was extremely bad. Cobwebs and ants all over the place with nats flying left and right. One closet door that was loose it could have fallen on you. They left a sponge that looked like it was used to clean the toilet for you to wash dishes. This room was so bad that I got sick and still sick from the smell, the aroma whatever it is I am literally sick. I have been coughing and sneezing for 2 days going on 3. I the ice machine in the freezer never worked. 8 cubs for 2 days wow that's a lot especially for a heat wave. I won't even begin with the horrible customer service I received while trying to check in. That should have been a sign then. I have nothing positive about my stay here. Even the parking is horrible.

Horrible! Needs an overhaul Rooms not clean. Random salt n pepper packets in closet. Ants on bedside table and other areas. Comforter had stains. Filter for AC was filthy. Asked for it to be replaced at it flared up allergies not done. Only 1 towel in bathroom when we asked for more we had to go down to get. This is not up to Marriott standards. Whomever, is contracted for landscaping needs to be fired. They left debris and blowings all over the place. Save your money and book else where.

Dreary and no evidence of proper maintenance, not up to Marriott standards This is the absolute worst Residence Inn we've ever experienced and we've stayed in numerous ones all over the U. S. Talk about a dreary dump. We chose this location because it was near to the facility where I was to have surgery early the next morning. The carpet was dirty, furniture old and beat up, microwave was dirty, even the door to the unit was beat up with scratches and dents. The property looked completely neglected like no one ever worked on the grounds, skimpy as they were. Was a depressing place to stay in a crappy ugly location.

Beware and STAY AWAY!!! This place is a dump!! BEWARE, it looks as if it was abandoned and then reopened. Ive never stayed at a Marriott that looks like this. Me and my family came down fir the race (Nascar) in Richmond. Marriott should be embarrassed to attach their name to this property. There were ants crawling everywhere, the sreps leading to our room were crumbling, if someone foot got stuck it would be bad. Their were cobwebs everywhere along with big spiders in them. Debris on top of the roof, this property has NOT been maintained in sometime, we did not want to atay but had no choice all hotels within the race were SOLD OUT. The manger Luke was very nice and tried to assist us the best way he could. It was his 3rd day on the job. RUN LUKE RUN. There was a stain on our comforter, ants crawling everywhere. A waterbug or roach ran in my cousin room, the strip to their door was gone. The rooms would be very nice, they have full sise kitchens, but is in nees of a MAJOR UPDATE. Property has been seriously neglected. You couldnt sit outside, spiderwebs just everywhere. This should be a MOTEL 6 but think Ive stayed in better. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.
