Accused of not registering my service dog, which I mean, we searched everywhere for hotels for pets I would never have s review of Riverside Inn and suites in Somerset disgusting not sure how your prejudice when you're not even from the US so freaking weird Sorry my entire experience was deleted, but it’s a horrible, horrible feeling specially if you have any kind of service animals, they do not care about you or them unfortunately and do nothing but threatened to steal your security deposit very strange very awkward, but I took many pictures to fight any questions they keep saying and do anyone like me who is from the Cape Cod this look like nothing but peace, but the people are not peaceful. I warn you. Almost 1500 for six days you’re better off on Cape Cod lol I’m just from there so I thought I could get away from the tourist, but this was my biggest mistake ever please don’t do it. Also told me I don’t belong around here. Yes I’m Italian in African. I belong in Cape Cod where I was born and raised but you to tell me so awful. I’ve never felt like this in years and I’m 47 now with three adult children and three grandchildren so yes, I will speak up each and every time if not for me for them.

Don’t stay here! We would not have stayed here if I had read reviews, but this was a last minute reservation. It was not good! The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, the room was dirty in general. The bed didn’t have a blanket between the top sheet and comforter so we were forced to use a comforter that was stained. The remote and the bathroom floor were sticky. The first floor “balcony room” curtain was soiled, as well as the lamp shade.

Would not recommend Pros *Nice view of the river. Nice outdoor space and balcony attached to room *Air conditioner worked well *TV was good *Refrigerator was clean *Great ice machine *Parking was easy *Pub next door was good Cons *The toliet paper dispenser was broken. You had to reach up inside to get one sheet at a time. Ended up with a cut knuckle. No spare roll in our room. *There was blood on two of the pillowcases. We didn't see it until after we woke up. Not ours. I informed the front desk and he assured me it wasn't blood. (He did not ask to see it.) *Someone pooped and left it on the ground by the pool entrance (human). *The fitted sheet kept falling off the mattress. It looked like it was the wrong size sheet for the bed. *Little to no outlets- the one outlet by the desk didn't even work. *We were unable to figure out the light switch- could only get one lamp to work. *Coffee maker was very dirty *Small and thin bath towels smelled nasty- like they were forgotten in the laundry. Pool towels smelled better.
