Bookings must be rescheduled within 30 days after a hurricane strikes; based on availability and blackout dates apply. We will be back here for sure!!! Great for family fun, Clean, amazing food, incredible staff. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a great family trip, honeymoon or just a get away.

AMAZING STAFF!!! All the staff made this trip unforgettable!! Big shoutout to Abdiel, Raul, and Sergio for bringing the vibes to the bars!! Huge shoutout to concierges Kishiro and Christian for their amazing care and energy, they went above and beyond to care for us and provide all the positive energy in the world (see photo)!! Would 100% recommend Royal Solaris to friends and family!!!

Disappointed with management We are presidential members and we were very disappointed with management. We spoke with Emmanuel, manager of the office about our room overlooking the roof of the restaurant by the pool and how the staff would repeatedly take our towels off of the chairs by the pool after we got up at 5 am to reserve them. We would have to sit by the pool covered with a blanket from 5 am til 8 am by the pool to reserve our chairs which is rediculous being presidential members . He never got back to us. Just ignored our issue. It wasn’t until we spoke with Antuan , a butler until we had chairs reserved the last 3 days of our 9 day vacation. Socorro , Matias , Gaspar and Isidro were amazing waiters and bartenders. The food was good and Omar greeting us at the door was so welcoming and cheerful. The service and respect for presidential members at the Royal solaris in Cancun is much better. I honestly don’t think asking for ocean front rooms and towels saved by the pool is a lot to ask as presidential members .

Great Resort! Just got back from a week at Royal Solaris and it was fabulous! The drinks were good quality but a little weak. I drank doubles all week. The food was great! Enjoyed the pizza bar and the beach bbq’s. The children’s facilities and activities were awesome and keep kids well entertained. The shows were good but the place gets pretty quiet after 10 pm. Not a party place but there were some people that went to the nearby local bars and came back rowdy and yelling at 2 am! So there’s a party somewhere. My family enjoyed karaoke night. I appreciate that the resort was sustainable and used reusable plastic cups as well as provided pitchers in your room that you could fill at the water refill stations. Minor imperfections were that the stairwells didn’t get cleaned too often. There was an empty beer can and someone’s half eaten pizza in the stairwell for too long. Also, they pump the lobby with a heavy perfume that’s a little overwhelming. A couple of days the French toast was undercooked and you had to ask for bacon. The pool deck is too slippery and my husband slipped and injured his toe. Not dealbreakers and I would return.
