The girls at the front desk were very polite. I would say this is not a family friendly place it’s more like a place to stay with partner or friends. Not a quite place at night. I couldn’t stand the smell on the sheets and towels a very weird, strong smell

They pick up the phone and hang up on you repeatedly. When asked for a refund they said they would contact e and never did. Horrible experience

Stay Elsewhere - Many Hotels Nearby Rooftop bar BLASTS music until 4am, and there is no noise insulation on the exterior windows so it sounds like its in the room with you. They hilariously provide earplugs in the room so they know its an issue but just don't care enough to actually respect their guests. Bedding does not have fitted sheets, so every night the tucked flat sheet comes undone exposing a gross stained mattress. All the furniture in the room is shoddy Wayfair quality. Staff is nice and professional though.

Treehouse in the city Great treehouse bar on the roof overlooking the city. Great lobby area with music and a lively vibe. Loved being able to Walle the union market and to see all the historic restaurants. Special thanks to the manager Gian for getting us checkin late. _

July 2024 Stay w/ friends I had a great stay! Front staff and manager were very helpful (shoutout to Paola), room was super clean and surprisingly spacious. The aesthetics in the hotel are also adorable. All for a great price too :) Definitely going to make this my go to place to stay whenever I am in DC!
