The room was spacious, the area was not noisy.

For the money it's good. The rooms are older but nice, the bed was comfortable, all amenities in the room worked. The pool is heated and great! The staff is accommodating and nice. No complaints, will stay here again!

OMG worst stay ever! MOLD! Rust! OMG worst stay ever! Room was rusty and falling apart. Was scary and gross. Felt completely unsafe. Balcony walkway was tilted. All metal in room was rusted like it had been under saltwater. Bathroom counter had fallen off of the wall on the left and their solution was to glue it back on right in the fallen location not even raise it back up and attach. Either that or this was a half ass version or handicapped accessible. Run down is a dramatic understatement. It is unsafe. MOLD

I would give them a 0 star if it was an option The reason I chose this hotel was because of location, but this was the biggggeeeest mistake ever! DO NOT STAY THERE EVER!! The front desk supervisor mathe! ! I’m surprised she even has the position she looks miserable doing her work she has no I mean no customer service experience, she was rude had an attitude and you can tell She hates her job! Even if you get ask the same questions 1000 times a day I was 1001 it’s your job! I got the keys handed to me Didn’t not get any info to where the my room was located and I had to surch for it when there are two big buildings! Maybe the GM needs to giver some training in customer service! Or better yet fire her because you will loose money and customers! We go quite often and always stay in Kissimmee, I will never ever ever stay there again. This is what pays you the customers! The room is terrible it smells like cigarettes and it’s a “ none smoking room” the shower faucet is leaking and when I say leaking it’s not drip Drip no this one would fill the bathtub in no time! The floor has big dirty spots the bathroom and since floor dirty! Hair in the shower, dirty toilet the sink faucet comes apart! The furniture is all chipped up! We rented a pool view to a f view with a none working pool covered up! That alone is deceitful! Pool view my behind! Like I said terrible service and it loooks like the ghetto!! Or it was just us and the front desk supervisor just thought it was good enough for us to stay in the room after we pissed her off because we asked her a question that she has to answer 30 times before us! And how is it I can’t post pictures so I can back up the facts. To let you know about the checkout standing at the front desk for over 30 minutes because we were not going to check out tans not have someone check the dump we stayed in! No front desk anywhere several customers came in waited and just left notes behind and the key! What poor poor customer service! Like I said DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP! The fd finally came and I asked why wouldn’t have someone at the fd ar checkout time his excuse was he had to use the bathroom that’s fine but for more then 30 minutes and then no sign I’ll be right back! When the guy came he looked as ghetto as the back buildings look! To the GM this place has a lot of potential but you need to first overhaul the employees with their poor customer service skills or offer training because if you can’t even have good employees to maybe make the stay a little better you can shut this place down! By the time check in was done, just by the way a paying customer was treated I already made up my mind I would never ever stay there again and by than I didn’t even see the room but that was the icing on the cake! I expect a discount or refund! Because we were decided we booked a pool view and you can’t call it that! And for the terrible treatment we have received as well as the dirty filthy y broken room you call pool view rooms! Get a better maintenance personal as well because he sucks! I have video and pictures of the room and if I could post it I would so you can see what I’m taking about!

The Bates Motel This place is deplorable. They charge $20/day for a "resort fee" but this is the FURTHEST thing from a resort. The restaurant is completely shut down, the pool is empty,the jacuzzi is empty, the play ground is DEAD BOLTED CLOSED WITH A GARBAGE CAN BLOCKING THE GATE DOOR,no breakfast, no NOTHING to make you feel like you have any sort of accommodations. As for the rooms,the 1st one we were placed in I ended up getting LOCKED INSIDE with the maintenance man after the door lock broke and he had to call security for back up to get us out. The 2nd room we stayed one out of the 5 nights and checked out after the 1st one demanding a refund. I didn't even take a shower because I REFUSED to get in the tub. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND I PLAN TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPT TO PAY A VISIT!
