We had two queens, and we were very happy with our stay here. Could have used more garbage cans in the rooms as we only have one but not a big deal. I'm sure I could have asked for one if I needed it. It was quiet and everyone was friendly and courteous. The location is perfect, close to all the attractions and there's food within walking distance everywhere. I highly recommend this place.

The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants and extravagant buffets overflowing with crab legs and prime rib.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, or head to Fashion Show Las Vegas to browse racks at Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue. You can also virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks, thanks to the Strip’s re-creation of the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and Venetian canals. And you’ll find a surprising number of shows in Las Vegas for kids hidden among the raucous nightlife.

Stayed here over Presidents day weekend. Was very quite & pleased with my stay . Quick staff & helpful. Not a bad location with a brewery & fast food joints & everything ideal so you won't drive out for essentials . Would stay here again .

Room issues, then rude and dismissive service The overwhelming majority of the reviews that I leave are positive. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews or opening disputes, but this experience left me with no choice. My wife booked Serene for a three-night stay (intended as a relaxing reset). Due to a delayed flight, she didn’t arrive until close to 5:00 a.m.. Within minutes of entering the room, it was obvious this was not going to be a comfortable or acceptable stay. There were three major issues immediately: 1. The room was freezing and the heat was not working 2. There was a bug on the bed 3. The soundproofing was so poor that she could hear everything from the next room at 7 a.m., making it extremely noisy and impossible to rest Because of the conditions, she was not comfortable getting into the bed. She tried to make the best of it by sleeping on the couch for about 2–3 hours, but between the cold and the noise she couldn’t get real rest. She ended up leaving before 8:00 a.m. because I had planned a full, jam-packed day for her and she needed to salvage the day rather than spend it trying to fix a room at dawn after barely sleeping. I called the hotel that morning to report what happened before 9:30 a.m. The first employee I spoke with was shockingly unprofessional. I began the call politely: “Good morning, may I have your name?” Her response was to demand my name first, and when I asked again, she said, “I don’t have to give you my name.” She was impatient and dismissive, said she had “a line of people waiting,” placed me on hold, and the tone was the exact opposite of what hospitality should look like. She then told me that because my wife didn’t report these issues in person at the front desk during the short time she was there, “there’s nothing we can do.” To be clear: my wife arrived close to 5:00 a.m., found the room uninhabitable for rest (broken heat, bug on bed, excessive noise), slept briefly on the couch, and left early. She was not comfortable staying in the property at all, even if a room change were offered, because the noise issue alone made it clear she wouldn’t be able to sleep there. When I attempted to explain this and asked what the hotel could do to resolve it, the call ended with her hanging up on me. Before posting anything publicly, I tried again to give the hotel a fair chance to handle it properly. I called back and reached a different staff member (Sarah), who was much more professional and recommended I email the general manager (Albert) to address it. I did that as a courtesy because I truly don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews and I wanted management to have an opportunity to make it right directly. Unfortunately, the response from management was essentially that they “stand by policy,” and they were unaccommodating despite the very clear room issues and despite being given the patience and courtesy to address them privately first. Needless to say, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won the dispute. This is a shame, because situations happen, rooms have problems sometimes, but what matters is how a property responds. Between the room condition issues (broken heat, bug on bed, extreme noise) and the front desk response (“I don’t have to give you my name,” dismissive attitude, and hanging up), I can’t recommend staying here. We will not be returning.

Amazing _✨ Serene Boutique Hotel – Review ✨_ We stayed at the Serene Boutique Hotel and honestly, it was such a nice surprise. The property is quiet, clean, and tucked away just enough to feel peaceful while still being super close to everything in Vegas. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy, and the whole vibe really matched the name — serene. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. It’s a great spot if you want something calm and affordable that’s not right in the chaos of the Strip but still convenient. Would definitely stay here again for a relaxing Vegas landing spot between all the fun.

A borderline Biohazard Little to no pride taken in this place at all. “Cowboy” repairs everywhere and rooms are all dirty / broken. My room had blood stains on the carpet and curtains and featured mystery stains on the couch and other furniture. (Amazing to see with how long room service takes per room) The room also had missing doors and locks which did not work. The front door to the room also struggled to open. The building electrics are dangerous with appliances blowing out and breaking multiple times during the visit. There is also next to no communication or care from receptionists to the cowboy maintenance team as the shower head was also reported broken multiple times during the visit and was not repaired and was instead “noted” and “put on the list” (brilliant) 3 times. And to note, good luck if you can’t get your luggage up a flight of stairs because there is no indication as to if you’ll get a ground or 1st floor room before you arrive. The area is also not the best but you’ll typically be fine if you’re heading towards the strip but I’d recommend taking an Uber or renting a vehicle over walking if you’re a woman. Overall very disappointing to see as the place has a lot of potential but clearly no one cares about the place. On a positive note Breakfast is good. I’d recommend spending a few bucks extra and stay at the Virgin hotel or the MGM.
