If the days I booked are now sold out on Groupon does this mean the hotel is close to full for our stay, just curious? Also how much is a fridge for our room per night?

That means that the rooms set for the Groupon deal are full. The hotel may have other rooms available for that night.

Pending availability, a fridge costs $15 per stay.

You can view currently available dates on the calendar for the deal. You would have to cancel your stay and rebook while the deal is still open. After the deal closes, you are not able to reschedule.

Hi, I would like to bring my dog. Starwood Preferred Guests doesn't mention any weight restrictions - my dog is 55 lbs, is this ok? Also, is there a specific room type that is pet friendly? Should I book queen vs. king? Thanks!

What is the refund policy? As far as I can understand, we have to contact Groupon at least 24-hour before the check-in time in case of cancellation? Do we have to call Groupon number or will be there an online option at Groupon.com to submi cancel request? In case of cancellation, how much amount will be refunded? Full amount or partial?

A:

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of check in for a full refund. After that point your reservation is non-refundable.

You don't need to give us a call to cancel your stay, you can cancel it on your "My Groupons" page.

I see that you can have a third adult in a double Queen room for $20 more. Are any additional vouchers for food, etc. included, or available for purchase?

You receive the vouchers each night, but not per person. You would not be able to combine any of the vouchers on one visit.

You will book the reservation under whoever is checking in. The vouchers are valid for 2 people.
