Where do we begin? Check-in: We arrived an hour prior to check-in and understood that our multiple rooms were not ready. Granted, we'd driven 7+ hours. We were told it less than an hour. We went to eat, received a text at 4 (check-in) that our rooms were ready. We made it to the front desk 40 minutes AFTER the text to be told not all our rooms were ready. So why text that our rooms (plural) were? The young woman at the desk was of no help...literally stood there with no attempt at even trying to see what she could do to find rooms. Thankfully, another employee (Suntina) stepped in and was able to accommodate our multiple rooms. One of the rooms had no bath toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap) in the dispensers provided in the shower. The other room's bathroom outlet didn't work so we were unable to use the hairdryer. A bottle of wine is provided at check-in. When we called to ask for an opener we were told the hotel only had 1 so we'd have to go use it in the lobby, which we felt odd about having to pop open the bottle at the front desk while others are checking in. My husband went down and noticed that there was an opener on the counter behind the front desk (the only one?) yet was brought another one out from the back office. We used the laundry facilities on the 2nd floor and noticed an odd smell on the entire floor. Upon check-out we were told their system was down so we wouldn't receive our invoice until it was up. OK, we figured it would arrive later that day, the next at most. TWO days later we still had not received it. We called to inquire and get an explanation of charges and the employee was asking us to do the math and how much it would be! It was the most bizarre and unprofessional encounter we've ever had with hotel staff. We're told the email is being sent (at that moment). Minutes then hours pass. No email, still no invoice. On the THIRD day (after check out) I call the hotel directly and after 20+ minutes of holding the call is diverted to their corporate office (thankfully) because we actually get help from an awesome Kirsten! She's understanding of our frustration and commits to getting to the bottom of the situation. She finally gets through to the hotel and is able to connect with someone who can also help and we FINALLY get our invoice. Then, we notice we are charged parking fees for all the rooms when we only had 1 car and we even asked about this at check-in. How mcuh more can this hotel botch?! Kirsten was kind enough to award us some points for our troubles. Overall, our experience at this Sheraton was more stressful and unprofessional than should be the case when on vacation. It's given us a bad taste for Sheratons in general.

Check in is supposed to start at 4pm, which is an hour later than most hotels. I walked in the hotel around 4pm to check in and I was told the room was not ready, and was not given an estimated time. I waited in the lobby for a half hour more expecting my room to be ready soon. Then I spoke to reception and decided to leave instead of waiting in the lobby. I did not receive a text that my room was ready until 6:15, over two hours after check in. Also ice machine on third floor was broken, the hydro spa did not look open (sign of hours was blocking its entrance 2 hours it was supposed to be open), and the torrent buffet breakfast was poor quality and not adequately restocked. The buffet I was given for free because I complained about waiting for check in, but had I paid for it I would have been very upset. I suggest no one pay for the breakfast or an upgrade that includes this breakfast…you will be disappointed.

Very nice hotel. Negative points (1) mattress needs to be replaced. Much to soft and (2) concierge could not answer very simple questions we had regarding the area.

The beds were small, I don’t blame the hotel for that. The reason I gave a three star was due to the power being out for hours and the beds didn’t have blankets on them. We had to find someone to get them. We asked guest services to change the towels. Which did not happen. The $200 hold ended up posting. Guest services and the billing department was no help. I had to dispute the charge.

Clean but dated rooms. I was sent flowers for my birthday but the hotel misplaced them. Kept saying nothing was delivered. So I didn't get them until checkout and that is after one of the staff actually investigated. On last day electric went out on the block, so had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with luggage. Thankful the poor staff helped
