We had a very nice stay the front desk was great and the servers at the rainforest cafe were very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable,all and all I would definitely stay there again

Awesome Hotel I rarely give hotels 5 stars but this place definitely earned the full 5. Very clean rooms and bathrooms Super fast check in and out Amenities were awesome for the price. They have a indoor heated pool and whirlpool which is set up like a beach and my kid loved it. They have a small gym with ellipticals, treadmills, cycling machines and medicine balls all of which are new. There is a aquarium that separates the pool and gym area from the main lobby. They have a Full restaurant (Rainforest Cafe) on the main floor (terrible food and way to expensive i have a review on their page as i wouldnt blame the hotel for the downfalls of the restaurant), they have a full service Starbucks in the main lobby as well as a bar/nightclub off of the main lobby. I used the groupon deal to book my stay for me and my 11 year old son. They gave up multiple coupons for their services and some of the attractions around the area. Surprisingly they gave me a bottle of wine at checkout. It's their own wine that they make. The halls are massive like a cruise liner. The people working the desks were always friendly and approachable. They also have the tunnel that leads from the hotel to the casino but I didn't get a chance to check it out. Parking is $20 a day (city parking) and the lot is directly net to the hotel. Bathroom was fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and even lotion. They have about a 70 inch 4k tv on the wall along with 2 platform queen beds. There were padded benches along the walls that doubled as clothing drawers. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer complimentary bottles.of water (2 per day). The ONLY downfall was that the bathroom sink was clogged and I couldn't figure out why. I didn't bother to call the desk since we're only staying 2 nights. TRUST ME if this place has an opening and your in the area make sure to lock in because it's a top 3 hotel i have ever stayed at and I've been to alot around the country!

Nice hotel My husband and I stayed here August 8-14. They are in the process of remodeling the rooms, so there are older and updated ones. We got one of the updated rooms( no microwave, but there was one in the ice room to use). The room was big, the beds were okay( kind of lumpy but you get use to it). I bring my own pillows, but my husband said they were okay. It is not a quiet hotel as you can hear anyone in the hallway, but it wasn’t excessively loud( unless the child or adult was). There is a Starbucks and restaurant Rainforest inside the hotel. There’s a tunnel to the casino across the street which also has restaurants. There is plenty of parking but there is a daily fee to park everyday. Close and walking distance to the Niagara Falls State Park. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite!

Grandkids overnight Check in and upgrade were extremely smooth. Desk reception was cheerful and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable (upgraded, newly renovated). Check was quick and Club attendant in Jade room was very courteous and helpful as well
