Horrible customer service.. cockroaches in the room and employees in the front desk not friendly at all.. old blonde lady was messing up everything and wanted me to wait an extra hr for my room when i showed up at 5 and check in is at 4 .. why do i need to wait longer when my reservation has been paid off and y’all expecting me to come

Great, would visit again Great experience. On our first night we had an issue with our reservations. Juan, who was at the front desk made a difficult situation great. He made sure we were taken care of. Our overall experience at this hotel was great. I would stay here again

Horrible I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Sherry Frontenac Oceanfront Hotel. Due to Hurricane Milton, I tried to cancel my one-night reservation, but my request was declined without any consideration for the circumstances. I also asked to change my dates to a few days later, but again, my request was denied with no explanation, even though I saw available rooms. The management showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. It's frustrating to see such poor customer service during difficult times. No refund, no options, just an overall terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful spa experience! The staff is great! Super accommodating. It was a crazy thunderstorm while we were here so we went to the spa. I had the Thai massage with Murad, absolutely hand down one of the best Thai massages I have ever had. The spa is definitely worth checking out!
