A Warm Welcome at 2 AM – and Outstanding Service All Around! We were in Orlando for a cheer competition and arrived at the hotel around 2 AM after a long day of travel with the family—completely exhausted and just hoping for a smooth check-in. Thankfully, we were greeted by Danielle C. and Anjanette B., who were nothing short of amazing. Despite the late hour, they welcomed us with genuine warmth, patience, and professionalism. They made the entire check-in process seamless and even took a moment to check in on how we were doing, which meant more than they probably realized. Their kindness set the perfect tone for our stay.
Throughout the rest of our trip, we also had the pleasure of seeing Miss Kim at the Starbucks inside the hotel. Every afternoon, no matter how busy it got, she was friendly, upbeat, and always got our orders just right. Her positive energy and consistent service were a daily highlight for our family.
From the late-night check-in with Danielle and Anjanette to our afternoon stops with Miss Kim, this hotel made us feel cared for every step of the way. Exceptional staff like this are what turn a good stay into a memorable one.
We’ll definitely be back — and we hope to see all three of these wonderful ladies again!

Terrible customer service shocking I stayed Thursday night and last night for a business conference at the hotel. Last night we were forced to evacuate (12:30 AM-1;30AM). No explanation was given. This morning the room had no power (all morning)
When I checked out I asked the gentleman behind the desk for a credit for last night. He wouldn't give me a credit stating that a 3rd party vendor handles the billing and that I would have to chase them down. He did waive some bogus service fees that they had padded to my bill. (Trips to Disney- which I never signed up for; I was only there for the conference)
It is my understanding that other people from my group did receive credit for last night but this man had some attitude. He needs to go to customer service school for a refresher

Satisfactory Hotel was ok. Not four star A few things we didn’t like …you got 2 paper cups per day …wow_ .not enough coffee only 4pods per day ..! There’s no kettles in hotels so making tea was possible in the espresso but water lukewarm .
Was told this was because they want you to go outside and buy a coffee …
It’s far too cold In dining areas to eat in comfort with the air conditioning.
Hotel is massive loads of conferences going on ,
As regards food gluten free is available but didn’t really rock my boat on some of the items .
Cleaner was lovely the staff at muse were a good lot and people were friendly.
Bed was comfy but pillows took some getting used to .charging points in the room some didn’t work at all we found a few that did

Signia the best Great stay as usual with family and celebrating my auntie birthday for the weekend and I would like thank before check-in Amyrah from the front desk who was very responsive and helpful and accommodate for the upgrade for our rooms we love it. During checkin Shay was outstanding and made sure it was smooth and chatted with my kids and was very helpful. For breakfast I will have to thank Rocky for making my auntie breakfast celebration a great moment as she was very happy by Rocky entertaining our family and with a lot joy. Overall great staying here with kids .

Best Frontdesk Team Love this place!!! The front desk ( Brian, Amyrah, Bryn, Anjanette, Emily, Amanda) are the dream team that makes this place special. They answered all my questions and gave us tips on what to do. We have kids and needed extra time to checkout which they gave us an extremely generous time to checkout. Room was clean and modern. The lazy river was awesome.
