We had a blast. The front desk staff could be curt at times, but it was so convenient for a young family with the arcade, water park, restaurants, etc. everything at your fingertips. I highly recommend waiting to hit the water park til the evening. Way less people and so much fun

The hotel staff were great and the room was clean. The kids really enjoyed the water park. Definitely a great destination for 10 and under.

Family time Everything went well. If there was anything at all the first day the water was really cold but the next day it was much warmer and ether way the kids didn't seem to have a problem with it.

Danielle in the tavern is rude The worst experience ever. Danielle at the tavern was completely rude to me when we went to eat at the breakfast buffet. when I asked for my money back she grabbed my receipt gave me my refund and I asked for my receipt back to make sure if there was any issue I had both receipts she gave it to me and when I was looking at the receipt to make sure it was the correct amount she walked up behind me and said some people are so damn rude so I addressed her calmly and told her she was out of line and being disrespectful and I would not tolerate it. Security came and said they have had issues with Danielle in the past. So six flags knows she is an issue and they do not address it. It’s a shame. My family and I will never be back. I have already emailed six flags corporate and I am waiting for a call back.

Kids had fun but now we need help and can’t get through by phone! We had a good experience here just stayed one night in our way from Toronto . The kids enjoyed the water park and the accommodations were comfortable. Unfortunately we just realized that our son left his beloved baby seal, squirrel, and capybara in the room, probably missed up with the sheets. He is devastated and I said I would try to get them back. He has had the seal since he was a baby. Unfortunately I can’t get through by phone to anyone at the hotel. I even tried the restaurant. All I get is the automated message. We are 4 hours away in eastern Massachusetts and are pretty desperate. We would pay for the toys to be mailed of course. Really frustrated I can’t get someone on the phone!! If you see this at the hotel could you email me at diana.santiago1@gmail.com?? Thank you! Pic of beloved baby Sealby and French fry the seagull at an earlier hotel on our trip provided .
