Clean, comfortable, and easy check-in! Had a quick one night stay in Sonesta Anaheim Resort. Check-in was so smooth and easy because of Avery Aparicio. He was kind, warm, and helpful. Found a great deal on a king-sized bed. The room was bigger than expected. Huge TV, microwave, and a fridge. The bed was so comfortable and clean. Great service and great hotel! I would book again and recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely unacceptable stay – no housekeeping for days and rude staff This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years. I have been staying at this hotel for three consecutive days and my room has not been cleaned a single time. The trash is full, towels are dirty, the bathroom is visibly unclean, and the room is simply unacceptable at this point. What makes this even worse is that I requested housekeeping two days ago. Yesterday, instead of cleaning the room, I received a note apologizing and saying housekeeping “could not make it” and would come later. They never did. Today is almost the end of my stay, and the room is still dirty. When I called the front desk to complain, the experience was shocking. The staff member was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and actually hung up the phone on me while I was explaining the situation. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a hotel. There is no excuse for: No housekeeping for multiple days Broken promises after repeated requests Front desk staff treating guests with hostility and disrespect This hotel completely fails at the basics of hospitality. I would strongly advise anyone to stay elsewhere, especially if cleanliness and basic customer service matter to you. This was a deeply frustrating and disappointing stay, and I will never return.

Quiet stay in a hotel close to the action Fairly nice hotel, spacious room and large tv, includes fridge and microwave which Is nice. The snack and drink room was kind of sparse with options especially since it’s a little bit of a walk to any convenience stores. Never saw anyone in the burger restaurant. The art shuttle is a little more of a headache on this route the busses are more infrequent, had to wait almost 45 minutes at Disneyland to catch the bus. Although the hotel has a nice waiting area for the bus stop so that is a plus. The only two little gripes I had was the shower water pressure was not very good and the tp holder next to the toilet is in an uncomfortable spot. otherwise it was a fairly nice stay and a good value option that’s not too far from the action.

Awful beds and very little complimentary. First the good. Staff, cleanliness, and sound proofing. Staff were very professional and friendly. Every part of the hotel was clean. We couldn't hardly hear anything from the hallway or neighboring rooms. The bad. Beds and nickle-dime. The beds were horrible. Very ...sproingy... for lack of a better term. They were lumpy and sagging. Extremely creaky on metal frames that amplified the sound of the springs. They charge a LOT for everything that other hotels have as complimentary. Breakfast and even coffee are not included. Basic hotel grade coffee was $7 per cup. I don't know the cost of breakfast, but other guests said the quality was lacking for the cost. We didn't bother with it. There is no hotel bus/van to Disneyland. The bus option is public transit at $6 per person per day. And its arrival is extremely unpredictable. Hotel parking is listed at $28 per day, but charged at $32 after taxes.

Great base Hotel was just fine for a base. 10 minute drive to Disney and only a 30 minute pleasant walk in what seemed to be a quite friendly neighbourhood. You do need a car as not much there but that worked for us. We didn't eat there. The staff were really friendly and helpful. In particular David at reception was excellent, super guy.
