It's a (very comfy) bed, but not a lot of frills. Being a name brand hotel in downtown Denver, I had decent expectations. The best way to describe the hotel was "meh", but it might work for your needs. I called a few times before arrival and front desk staff were very helpful. At check-in, they took care of us quickly. Location is obviously very good, and elevators moved fairly quickly. But the room was tiny with no clothes storage- literally living out of a suitcase for five days was not fun for the price I paid. Housekeeping was spotty- one day they came in to take dirty towels (great!), but didn't replace them with clean ones (not great). Pros: Very comfy bed. I do have to give them credit, it was very easy to sleep. LOTS of lights in the room. Almost too many. But you could isolate light anywhere you needed it. Housekeeping was available and would come as often as needed Elevators moved quickly AC was cold and kept up for my entire trip Cons: Tiny room with no storage for clothing or really spreading out at all Spotty internet that went in and out, even as a Travel Pass member Limited TV channel selection Considering I was there for more than a few nights, the lack of space was really a dealbreaker for me. If you have kids, forget this place. If you just need somewhere to sleep and are looking for a quiet, comfortable place, it might work for you. You could certainly do worse in Denver, but you could probably do better as well.

Very disappointing… give it a miss. I have been here two hours and it is awful. No internet in room on 6th floor so they send an IT person to give you a number to call that no one answers. Got moved to 16. At least I have internet. Carpets are dirty. This room is freezing at 66 so now the heat is on to warm it to 70. Rooms are musty….never again. Three nights to go.

Don't Drink the Water The hotel is quite nice and overall our stay was comfortable. But I noticed a $14 charge on my credit card when I got home that I could not account for. So I called, and as it turns out, they left two bottles of water in the room which they don't inform you that they are $7 each. I suppose they could charge as much as they want if they don't let you know beforehand. Every other hotel I have ever stayed at, where there has been bottles of water left, they were complimentary. I am now happy that I left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door or housekeeping would have place new water bottles each day. I suppose they could charge for taking the elevator too. Buyer beware.

Booking/Fraud I booked a room in February 2025 to travel in June 2025. In April 2025 they charged my credit card, not when I booked it or when I arrived, but 2 months after booking and 3 months before arriving. Because of this my credit card company saw this as fraud, which they should have. Also because of this the hotel cancelled my reservations. When I called to inquire they stated that they do bill before you stay, which is fine but do it when you book not on some random day months later. And of course they had no rooms available anymore when I called. Horrible Service. I will never book or stay at a Sonesta hotel
